10/10 Would Recommend!

Reviewed on 2019/11/07

Pros

I enjoyed the ease of creating and implementing new assessments on the fly. It's exactly what we needed for our various course offerings and modalities.

Cons

If users took multiple assessments, each assessment they took shows up next to their name and becomes a bit difficult to parse.

Reliable software with good features and support

Reviewed on 2020/01/03

Pros

Qualified has amongst the best features of candidate assessment software we've tested. I especially like the ability to playback candidates answers: it lets you get a sense of their thought process, not just the final answer. It has good support for a variety of languages and unit testing, although we've primarily used Python. The UI is clean and functional for both the candidate and assessor.

Cons

It'd be nice if there was easier integration with version control software. Right now we develop our assessments in Git then copy-and-paste over.

Qualified is a strong top of funnel recruiting tool - highly recommended

Reviewed on 2019/12/06

Pros

Very cost effective and effective - not always a combination that's easy to find

Cons

Harder to use to recruit very senior talent

Response from Qualified

Thank you for the feedback! We're really happy to hear that you highly recommend Qualified and have found it to be an effective tool.

We recently added a number of important features and assessments specifically to make Qualified more effective in identifying senior level developers. These features make Qualified much more effective in later stages of the hiring funnel and are designed to surface additional insights about what a developer would be like to work with beyond simply assessing the quality of their code.

I'd love the opportunity to show you these features 1-on-1 so you have a better sense of how Qualified can help you hire more senior developers. Feel free to drop me a note directly at [email protected]

Good product for tech assessments

Reviewed on 2020/01/20

The Qualified product has been a helpful support to our business's tech education services specifically in our efforts to provide measurable learning outcomes to our clients.

Pros

- allows for customizable assessments across many programming languages
- all response type formats (multiple choice, free response coding challenges) can be set up for automated grading

Cons

- would like for the reporting features to be more intuitive (it is easy to export individual assessment results, but not as easy to model results at the group or cohort level)
