1Shift Logistics My #1 Choice

We have cut down on the back and forth with the drivers and let them focus on the road, they aren't worried when we will send the loads to them because they are dispatched right after we receive them. 1Shift has saved us so much time, so that we can focus on our business and not calling the drivers to see how far out they are or if they have left at all.
Pros
I was able to send an email to the broker to keep track of his cargo and the set up being so easy.
Cons
Does not have a feature for ELD to be incorporated into the system.

Tech that's easy to use and tells the story

Fast, friendly & detailed. A team that is offering a product that they fully stand behind
Pros
Anyone can use this platform; front line, supervisors, managers, executive..
All of the shipment data on one screen, contextualized in time, location and environmental factors.
It's like going from two-cans on a string to FaceTime, for shipments.
Pricing structure is Transactional. Pricing for clients is simple, no "gotcha" fees and only pay for usage.
Cons
The analytics and dashboards uncover insights that demand attention and lead to evaluation re-thinking current processes.. there is no hiding from the data!

Pros
This software offers complete visibility into your supply chain. It’s a no brainer.
Cons
We’re still learning the software, but as of yet, do not have suggestions for improvement. We did not have a previous software that could offer us true visibility into each shipment so this has been very eye opening for us.
