Easy to use — Great for sales and support.

Since implementing , Brring has increased our monthly phone sales leads by ~30%.

Pros

It makes customer contact frictionless and is incredibly easy to implement.

Cons

We've been getting great results via Brring about 8 months and haven't run into any issues.

Live audio instead of live chat. Good when you need a more personal touch.

Pros

Ease of connecting with customers in the 100s of countries which the widget supports

Cons

Nothing really, I haven't had any issues.

Increasing our number of leads

We used to have to fiddle with address books and calendars, this tool makes handling customer calls easy.

Pros

The widget is great, easy to setup and use. We’ve seen an increase in calls and our customers are always surprised how quick we are getting back to them.

Cons

Would like to see more statistics and graphs.

Good for mid- to large-size organizations

Pros

It just works. It's great for coordinating meetings that contain more than a handful of people, because it does all the work for you (and all the work for everyone else on the call).

Cons

Pricing, at first, seemed a little complicated.

Useful widget!

Value for money and very easy to use.

Pros

Easy to navigate and manage calls that go through in seconds.
Best of all there's no need to download anything to start using the Dialer.
Great for small businesses wishing to use a professional product that's also value for money.

Cons

Would like email statistics or reports.
