I like the ease of use - there are no frills and it gets the job done (exactly how the name describes it does!)

We are currently working to improve our customer service and have recently added a live chat feature to the website and app in order to provide unlimited support.
We've also launched a new web app that implements a lot of the issues our users have mentioned.

Simple LEDES Software

As a small practice, we were looking for a simple solution that could generate LEDES files. This software is straightforward and does was is advertised. It doesn't integrate with other software, but the different users and reporting met the needs of our practice.
Gave a 4/5 on customer service as I had to leave a message, but my questions were answered promptly.
