Reporting showed us which customers were being visited ( and which weren't) with a customer report we created for them.
Cons
Had to ask support to open up some features, like Dashboard for instance, it's a free feature so should just be there when you sign up.

Excellent Product, Fantastic Team

Pros
Our experience with Replicon has exceeded all of our expectations. The system works as described, in the rare instances that we have needed support we have received it quickly, and everyone I have interacted with has been kind and more than professional. The customer service is five stars and what all companies should strive for. Our users have found the interface easy to work with which is a huge plus, saving us a lot of time in implementing and running the system. This is a great product and an even better team to work with.

Pros
Replicon is a robust time keeping system with dynamic reporting and excellent product support. I routinely call upon the Replicon Support team -- they are incredibly responsive and helpful.
Cons
Some features, like overtime tracking, could be improved -- if you enter 10 hours into a day, it is not possible to track which project is responsible for the additional hours of work time.

Our company in America commenced using Replicon first then Australia commenced using it which is Head Office. I am in Australia and every time i go to ask a helpdesk question i get a reply back stating that i am contacting outside of our working hours (which i am not) therefore no one is there to assist me which i am finding very frustrating. We have offices in Malaysia who i have just added to our account. There are other countries but i have not added them at this stage due to disappointment with this issue.

Replicon is robust and can be used in so many different time reporting contexts. Given that, I think it's a good system in terms of flexibility.
Cons
There is a steep learning curve. It's difficult to learn, but it is powerful. Be ready to take at least 6+ months to learn it well for your specific time reporting context/situation.
