Replicon is easy to use from an employee standpoint. All I have to do is search for my project that I need to record time for, and then enter it in each day of the week. I love that the projects stay on my time sheet so I don't have to look for them again week after week, and I can remove them when I don't need them for that week. Also, I can add comments to each entry so if I need to explain what was worked on, I can make things clearer. I also love the PTO projections, as I can see how much PTO I will have accumulated and will have left, all while scheduling my time off.

I can't say anything bad about it. I think Replicon has done everything it's supposed to do. There have been a few times when I've had to reach out to an administrator to add a new project so I can log time to it, but from what I can tell, that's pretty easy, as the turn around time is quite short for those requests. Maybe a new feature could be to let employees submit those requests within the system?

What I like the most about this software is how simple it is to punch in, punch out and go to break.

We've been using Replicon Gen 3 for 15 months. In general, this version of Replicon works well for our needs.

We prefer the format and print outs of Gen 2 Timesheets much more than Gen 3. All information was consolidated on one page versus the current multi page version.
Certain fields in some Gen 3 Reports print so lightly you can barely read them.
Gen 3 software has created a time consuming multi step process for unsubmitting, adjusting, and resubmitting Time & Expense Sheets - The Gen 2 Process was easier & quicker.
Often times our consultants have to reselect projects and billing rates when starting new timesheets.

It is very easy to use and is not time consuming, the reports are clear, direct and detailed. I get everything I need.

I have a hard time setting global (for all employees) values. I don't have to do this often, so I forget what to procedure is and I have to call customer service. I do love customer services, so it isn't bad.

I like that it's Cloud based and that we can work easily with your support to fix and improved problems. The installation was very light as we are using iPads as Cloud Clocks and some users are using their smartphones.

Testing new features is difficult as for the moment, we could not test other features on the same platform. During the test we asked for, a duplicate of the working platform was created, but it was useless, because users could not be connected to the 2 platforms at once.

I love that this software can be set up to accrue time off for employees who can see exactly how much leave they have at any given time.

Setting up new users has a lot of steps and it's easy to miss one.

Ease of use on all devices. The mobile app is especially important. The users are able to record their work on the go on any device.

Not being able to customize the application for a couple of our specific needs without upgrading or expensive customization costs.

It is a very accurate tool to manage your team's working hours, though sometimes it's easier to upload them from an spreadsheet. It is quite good that you can create several proyects and thus trace the man hours associated with each.

As I mentioned, sometimes you have an spreadsheet (sdpecially with large teams) with the hours information, and I haven't been able to find a feature that allows to upload them.

This time tracking software is much easier to use that other clunky systems. Love the ability to search for projects, easy to add and remove projects, and best of all copy over hours from previous week for quick entry/adjustment

You have to hit "tab" twice to move over a cell.

When you are searching for a job to bill time to, it is quite easy.

I don't like that it doesn't automatically save jobs when going between weeks. I also do not like that it just doesn't auto load to the unfilled week. I usually do my time sheets on a Monday after the work week and sometimes I forget to go back a week to fill it out.

Project and Resource Accounting capability of the system allowed exceptional control and visibility which empowered us to make better project decisions, rescue projects that were failing and optimize project returns.

I would recommend they add a report type that allows each project to be measured on an income statement basis.

As a federal government organization, we had some rather unusual requirements and we have been able to customize the application to achieve 98% of our needs within the system. The ability to use Excel.CSV imports and exports has saved us a tremendous amount of time without compromising data integrity.

The reporting function is very powerful but a little arcane in construction and distribution. We have been able to work around these issues, but would like to see some gains in this area.

Sometimes the server gets down time, so we have to wait until it wakes up.

I like the countless functionalities of this software. I have yet to come across something I couldn't accomplish with it. The reporting feature is great! I am new to using this software and I was able to catch on quickly and am even finding new functions for my team to use.

Some processes aren't exactly intuitive. I have reached out to the support line for a few things that I couldn't figure out. However they have always been very helpful!

This software is very user friendly, it provides all we currently need, and the cost is manageable.

I like this product and I haven't found anything that I can say I like least about it.

Ability for users to submit time against multiple projects and labor categories. Also ability for user to track Paid Time off through the year.

Technical support is very good. Typically always get through on my first call and there is no wait time.

Reporting capability is a bit confusing but this could be due to our use of a new version and reports are different.

What I really found most attractive about Replicon is that the interface is very simplified for both managers and employees tracking their time sheets, as well as payroll managers going in to manage and track information inside the portal. The interface being quite simple and easy to navigate is one of the things that makes it stands out to me, for the type of solutions our team wants to get out of it.

While customer service can be good sometimes with responding to inquiries, getting a complete and accurate response can be hard to see in a response at times when we can't find the answers online.

Replicon is exactly what it needs to be. It's a simple and easy to use web based timesheet, expense and time off tracker. Nothing glamorous here just simple and effective. One of the features that I personally love is the ability to see and track other people's time off within your organization. It has helped on more than one occasion when trying to plan meetings or coordinate schedules with multiple people who may or may not be out of the office.

One small aspect that could use some improvement is in user's personal setting and in particular notification settings. As of right now there doesn't appear to be any way for a user to be able to set or adjust their notification settings. It's a small complaint in the grand scheme of things and definitely not a deterrent from using Replicon as a timesheet solution.

Very easy to use. If there is ever an issue, I jump on chat and get help right away!

The ease of use, the system is superb in the way it allows our employees to clock in and out from the fields, the different activities, departments are a great help for our business that has many areas in which we separate our labor. It is of simple use and we love that the app can be downloaded into mobile phones and tablets for our team to carry with them into the different areas of our work.

the reporting is not as detail as we would like it, meaning, it does have many reports and they will customize whatever you need, is just the having to go through support to have them do that for you, but Support system is Amazing.

Time reporting for employees software works well and everyone can see what everyone else is doing.

Hard to add new hires, need to create a way to default the company rules to every new hire

This is not a Replicon issue but an issue with users. employees who do not submit their timesheets or time off request. and/or supervisors who do not approve in a timely manner.

Easy to correct clock in/clock out errors.

A lot of steps and pages to go through in order to set up a user.

the reports can be sliced and diced different ways to tailor the presentation of the information you need to see. there is a lot of customization available. the service desk is very responsive.

It is very interconnected and it can be difficult to figure out exactly where to go to make a change, especially if you have multiple timesheet formats. We are all so used to MicroSoft and it is not as intuitive as that software. There can be unintended consequences to changes. The support team can provide assistance with these one time changes.

The software is relatively easy to use. Our employees never have problems navigating through the timesheets, time off features and expense reporting. As an administrator of the software I am most satisfied with the quick and helpful customer supporter I receive from Replicon's customer support staff.

I find preparing reports can be a little difficult and time consuming.
