Exceptional Customer Service

Inventory management has been amazing, we now know what/where/when/how/why and everything we want with a few clicks. It's so easy to use and that's quite important as we (like most people in this industry) are not computer geniuses and we don't have an IT department. They've been very helpful with explanations and training in person as well as on the phone / email.
Pros
Personalized package for our business, customer service is exceptional, saves a lot of time and money and it works with our Apple devices.
Cons
Nothing at the moment. At the beginning there were a few bugs but they were fixed with patches very quickly. Transition was still pretty easy compared to other software we've tried.

Tally-I/O Review

The overall experience was good. We have a functional product that does what we need it to and the Tally-I/O team has been excellent at customer service and suiting our devices and app specifications to our needs.
Pros
All the options and information available that has put our inventory numbers and details at the tips of our fingers.
Cons
The first several months there were a lot of updates, as this was a new product, but now they have completed the updates and made a lot of progress in other areas as well. I have no complaints.
