Pros
FS works is very easy to navigate and work through.

It can be confusing when you have an issue because there are a lot of screens, but the customer support is fabulous. Whenever there is in an issue, they get it fixed very quickly.

Pros
It has enabled us to collect data automatically at many steps in the process and push it all to 1 central database.
Cons
Spec management can be a little cumbersome for our use and with multiple parallel machines.

Pros
What I like most about FSWorks is how easy it is to navigate on the FSnet software.
Cons
I wish FSWorks would be able to read files without having the user having to write programs. I also wish FSworks could be upgraded to prompt supervisor logins after an event is fired.

Since I have worked at IFA, I have only known FS Works as the main gauge interface software, so I do not have any comparisons to make otherwise. I know that when I have had to make calls about certain things, Factory Systems has been quick to answer the call. The staff has been very knowledgeable about the product and are able to meet our needs as customers.
Pros
The ease of use and being able to copy programs is what anyone would want in a gauge software package. The staff has also been great to work with and willing to solve the day to day problems.
Cons
The method of uploading an image from another workstation and setting it up is a bit tedious, but with proper training it can be done. Also not having the ability to rename a program but having to copy to a new name and delete the old can be an inconvenient step, but not difficult.

One of the most practical tools for quality SPC analysis.
Reviewed on 2022/06/29
Pros
The software offers a very convenient method for entering data in the production and manufacturing sectors. This software offers tools for data visualization as well as customizable reporting. With FS.NET tools, we can quickly extract, transform, and combine the data. The application is incredibly user-friendly and simple for businesses to utilize.
Cons
None- This software is pretty much helpful for data entry and SPC. If there are any issues, the support service will always resolve them ahead of time.

FS Works has been instrumental with helping to identify and reduce variation in the company's hairpin bender process.
Pros
The FS Works software tool is a great quality tool for any manufacturing environment. I love the graphical user interface the software provides to the on floor operators. It's impressive that charts and graphs are just a mouse click away for statistical analysis.
Cons
There are no complaints regarding the software to this point.

Great experience using FSWorks. Software is reliable and fast. It is a great statistical tool and data entry software.
Pros
Once you get familiar with the Menus and Options available is very easy to use. Integration was not a problem using instrumentation with usb connectivity. The generation of graphics in the software is very good. There are several chart options.
Cons
Software is easy to use once you get familiar with it. Integration with our application was not difficult. Sometimes it feels that there is too much information displayed. Maybe creating submenus that the user can use if needed leaving more space to make the graphs bigger.
