Excellent technology and innovation within a much lower cost point than other solutions that we reviewed.
Pros
Good reports and simple to use. The support of the product was also very good.
Cons
I would like to have the ability to update files and questions myself. More admin level updates.

The solution enables the reduction of labor costs. Provides a consistent and constant (24x7) experience that visitors enjoy
Pros
Its ability to create humanized and personalized interactions with the guests.
Cons
While not a real short coming, the solution solves the problem in one location, now it needs to be deployed in more locations.

Positive. The people who made this clearly are pros.
Pros
IVANA made it easy to deal with GDPR.
We needed little support from the supplier to set it up.
Good look and feel, easy to use.
Cons
Not much, it works.
More options than we need now.
