Easy to use integrated research platform

Integrating the community and survey options is easy and comprehensive; so it is really helpfull for broader and community research purposes.
Pros
I really value the look and feel and ease of use because of the friendliness of the software.
I admire the activity wall, which gives direct insight in tasks completed and to be done.
Next to that I like the possibility to have different discussion options, based on your specific research needs.
Cons
It would be nice to add a feature as Facebook has: being able to see likes and reactions directly in the upper bar.

Pros
This research platform contains all tools for both qualitative as well as quantitative studies. Easy to use for a regular user and many features to customize your study. Moreover there is also an application where you can easily manage your panel/respondents database and an API connection to connect with your own database.
Cons
There are that many features that you have to learn what the best options are for your specific study.
