Top Tier in the Valet Industry

Pros

SMS Valet is easy to use no matter your technologically capacity. It has simplified and made our operations so much more efficient. It has everything you would need in the valet industry. They offer any report you would need that you can customize as well.

Cons

The only con would be not being able to set up new locations by yourself. Although there customer service and employees are always available to help you last minute.

Overall SMS has been a great experience and we will be using it for the rest of our existence. The customer support has continued to be great with the growth of the company.

Pros

This is a premium product that our guest love at all of our locations. It captures more data to back the revenue than any other product. SMS is extremely easy and allows us to give our clients a better experience by providing a fast and secure way to pay for request their car.

Cons

If there was one thing missing it would definitely be the lack of the iOS app. I know the Apple store royalties are not completely fair. But 99% of our employees have an iPhone and it would help if they could use the app on their personal devices.

Pros

The program's user-friendliness. I appreciate being able to customize the software to our team's specific needs.
We enjoy offering our customers the option to notify us ahead of time that they are ready to depart. It really helps us run the operation more efficiently.
It's simple to learn and utilize. The reporting features are extensive and meet our requirements.

Cons

If there's one thing that's missing, it's the absence of an iOS app. I'm aware that Apple's retail royalties aren't entirely equitable.
Traditional paper tickets are more expensive. Without additional employees, it's difficult to use in high-volume settings.
Not recommended for accounts with a high volume of transactions. Managing the system necessitates more personnel and labor.

For myself and our team SMS Valet has been a game changer! We are starting year 5 of using the service and I don't want to even think about running The Valet without the software. It has given us an opportunity in The Great North West to separate ourselves from other Valet companies.

Pros

The ease in which to use the program. I love having the ability to tailor the software to what works best and easier for our team.

Cons

When the system gets overloaded and it slows things down for us in the car check in process. This happens few and far between. The company does a good job of alerting you when there is a issue.

I've been very happy with the product and the team standing behind it. I've called support before and was greeted by the CEO. I havent met many CEOs willing to take support calls on a day off. Thats just the culture there. Everyone chips in and they get things done. I'm grateful for the edge they have given my business and the friendships I've made in the process.

Pros

The ease of use. It makes my team, my client and their guests lives much easier.

Cons

I dont have any issues with the software. I've enjoyed the enhancements over the past 6 years. Seems like they're getting better every week.

Integration to our valet service was seamless with the company providing hands on vendor training and full time support

Cons

Any input I gave was well received and the company has consistently stayed ahead of industry needs with custom upgrades and improvements

Pros

Better customer interaction and experience. Allows us to manage and audit our accounts better.

Cons

Not ideal for high volume accounts. Takes more staff and labor to manage the system.

SMS Valet - A superior product

Pros

The software is very user friendly and easy to use. The SMS Valet team is always very responsive to our staff and willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. We've experienced similar products in the market but none that compared to the accuracy, reporting, and optics to match SMS VALET.

Cons

There are always areas to improve. Reporting options could be improved to make the software even more seamless to integrate with standing customer systems.

My overall experience is too positive with this software and I've been using this since last 2 yrs and so satisfied with the performance that even recommending my friends in other companies and industries also.

Pros

This software has many add on features that are not present in other tools of the same family and that makes it better than them i.e., Advertising Management, Live chat, Remote Access controls, Summary reports etc.

Cons

They don't provide free trials and there is no application for IOS platform, there are only 2 issues which i felt, otherwise it is best.

Pros

Ease of use, ability to take pictures of damage, real-time access to various reports, and customer feedback.

Cons

Expected transitional issues and the infrequent glitches. Staff and customers can be overwhelmed by the transition, but preparation and recognition has been/was key.

We really like giving our customers the ability to let us know in advance - that they are ready to depart. Really helps us in our efficiency running the operation.

Pros

At first, my guys all believed it would slow us down at the curb. But not at all - once they all got used to it.

Cons

not everyone has a cell phone - but they have a great alternative - reusable plastic cards that work great.

Great Product for Industry

Pros

This software truly has redefined how our industry operates. It simplifies what used to be a lot of manual and tedious tasks into a streamlined system. It provides a lot of support and easily tracks hours, counts, revenues, and more. Would definitely recommend the product.

Cons

Two cons.
1) More expensive than traditional paper tickets.
2) Difficult to use under high volume locations without additional staff

Pros

The system is simple for both guest and user but most of all the guest experience that the system creates is why this will be a standard in our parking operation.

Cons

The only improvement I can see being helpful for our parking operation would be integrating pre-paid parking options.

Pros

Using SMS Valet really allows us to provide an added level of customer service to our customers and bring their exiting wait time down to a minimum. The amount of reports available for management to use is also a great part of SMS valet.

Cons

SMS valet is best for slower accounts/locations. It can be somewhat of a hassle when used in locations where it is very busy.

From the first demo he performed for us and our owners to him coming out on a Saturday for a formal training and Q&A session, he has been a Rockstar in supporting our needs. We have some unique needs and application for our closed-market property and rep has helped customize the functionality as we need it.

Pros

It is easy to use and train to. The reporting features are robust and fulfill our needs

Cons

N/A. There was nothing about this software that we did not like.
