Great customer experience support tool

It improved overall user experience analysis, issue triage.

Pros

The integration component is the best part about Docsie. My team integrated Vocally with Slack and everyone is notified when issue comes in. The video is very helpful to QA team as there is no confusing to the flow user takes.
Pricing is great as well.

Cons

Even though the user interface is friendly, some of our non-technical members needed support and help for setup and work with the tool
