Happy with Doctible, their staff and client support

The staff with Doctible are very responsive and courteous. They assist in any way that the client needs.

Pros

The thing I like most is that we are getting obvious reactions and communication back from our patients when we send email campaigns, text messages and now as we implement using the Payment Collector we are seeing action.

Cons

The interface with MediTouch didn't pull the phone numbers in the correct order. There were a few things that I didn't understand regarding the way the system thinks or interacts with our emr that I figured out as we went along.

Set it and forget it

We have been able to raise our Google and FaceBook ratings.

Pros

Once you set up everything, you can pretty much sit back and watch your reviews come in. Auto responses are great; they keep you HIPAA compliant, and it gives you opportunity to reach out to unhappy patients.

Cons

In my last practice, I set this up as automatic. When I brought my current practice on, I was told the automatic release was no longer an option. I was able to talk them into doing the automatic feature.

Doctible Builds online presence

Cons

Ease of patient management. It is not as user friendly or we are simply not trained well enough on the functions.

Terrible Product

Pros

The product is inexpensive than better known alternative companies but for a reason. They cannot deliver. Buyer beware.

Cons

This company offers poor integration with practice management software. They are unable to read an existing schedule and will send review requests to patients with unconfirmed appointments and to patients who didn't actually present for treatment. I asked to not have any review requests sent during the time that my office was closed for routine care and only providing emergency treatment. Doctible did not honor this request, but began sending review requests immediately after my training was completed. They sent requests to patients whom we had contacted to reschedule their appointments because we were still closed during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was told during the onboarding and training that requests would be sent once the appointment was marked as completed. This was an untruth. Doctible has no true integration and cannot read any aspect of a schedule and will send requests to any name on the schedule regardless of the status of the appointment. They even sent requests to new patients who had never been to the office. Additionally, their campaign feature is lacking in its capabilities. The user cannot attach a file or prepare a document that can be saved and attached to send as a mass email. I honestly do not understand what the worth or value is of this company.

DOCTIBLES HAS DEFINITELY KEPT PATIENT RETENTION AS PEOPLE DON'T FORGET THEIR APPOINTMENT AS OFTEN. EVEN BIGGER THAN THAT THOUGH, EVERY 2 MONTHS OR AFTER THE PATIENTS FIRST VISIT THEY SEND AN ATTACHMENT TO GIVE THE PATIENT THE OPTION TO EITHER REVIEW OR GIVE FEEDBACK TO OUR OFFICE ON WHAT WE CAN DO BETTER. THIS REVIEW GENERATOR HAS AMPLIFIED OUR NEW PATIENT'S LIKE NO OTHER PRODUCT. HONESTLY, WE HAVE NEVER HAD A MORE SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT WHEN IT COMES TO REMINDERS/BLAST MESSAGING (GREAT DURING COVID TIMES), AND PATIENT REVIEWS. Great company, great product...

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his crew are amazing~ I never have problems, but on 1 or 2 occasions I forgot my PW or need them to reconnect the data base b/c I was beta testing for ChiroTouch they are quick to reply and jump on my computer and solve it...

Pros

Integrates with my E.H.R. software database (ChiroTouch) and will send a email to my patients asking for a honest review. If I get 4 or more stars it will give them the option to post to Google, Yelp, etc... It they give 3 stars or less it immediately shoots me a email so I can call the patient and address their concerns, before it is sent to the Google or Yelp!

Cons

After posting the 4 or 5 star review to Google or Yelp... It needs to have ALSO have the option to post the review to Instagram/Facebook with "one click of the button..."

Doctible Services and Software

This experience has been overall a great experience. The rep has been great and responsive, the customer services has been great and quickly responsive to anything we need and the get detailed information from us to ensure we have it right the first time! This takes a huge relief off of my shoulders as I have so much I already do day to day.

Pros

I love the simplistic fashion in which our patient surveys are quick and easy for them to use and for our team to use. It has helped us with our reviews, receiving more raw feedback and the website messenger has helped with our community and patients inquiring about us and our services to give people options. This has helped with those who aren't fond of phone calls anymore.

Cons

The software had opened us up or made us possibly have issues with malware/viruses but Doctible seemed to have acted quickly and moved forward to take care of the issue.

Reasons for Switching to Doctible

No contracts and the simplistic ease of use. The no contract was big for us as we did not want to buy into the unknown so the services you offered as did SolutionReach but without a contract made it simple. We felt confident in our decision because if Doctible didn't live up to their word on services, then we could simply go elsewhere. Whereas, others we felt if we didn't like it, we would have been stuck. We are happy we made the choice that we did!

Overall we're having better success with patients responding via text and our Google and Facebook reviews!

Pros

The ease of texting w/patients and the Google Reviews - our reviews went from 20 to 72 within 2 months! I also like that the texts display the practice phone number, and the reminder texts are minimal so patients don't get overwhelmed

We would really like patient recall - if a patient hasn't been seen in 3-4 weeks an automatic text and/or email would be sent to them

Great Customer Care

Patient reviews are extremely important to the public and they are our report card of how we are doing internally. These are important to me because we pride ourselves on great customer service and patient experience. People on social media tend to be brutally honest.

Pros

I like that their software is customer friendly. Patients are more likely to give a review. It as easy at as a click of a button. I like that if there is a less then steller review you have the opportunity to deal with it before hand. If I receieve 3 stars I contact the patient to see what we could have done better. The one thing is if we get a 3 star which is rare I think automatically something didn't go well. When contacting the patient it usually is patient perspective and a 3 is generally great to them.

Cons

I have not had any issues with their software going on 3 years.

A Must Have for Patient Retention!

We have had an amazing experience with Doctible so far.

Everyone we have worked with has been very responsive and so helpful.

We recently worked on a project with Doctible to customize our Chatbot and we are very satisfied with the final product.

We would highly recommend using the Doctible software!

Pros

Doctible has enabled us to connect with our patient in many new ways.

We are able to send patient reminders, which has drastically decreased our No Shows leading to better patient care and happier patients.

Patients are able to rate their experience after their appointment . This enables us to know what we are doing well, but more importantly where we can improve. By knowing what we can do better, it allows us to delivery a higher level of care and service in real time.

We have also recently implemented an AI Chatbot to our website powered by Doctible. This allows us to have another means of communication with our patients to help free up the front staff to help our patients who are in person.

Doctible has assisted us in delivering a higher level of service while also helping us to increase revenue.

Cons

We wish there were more options as to when you can send out patient reminders but we have been told by Doctible that this is currently in the works.

INCREDIBLE! I need something and it happens like magic. Adding online pay button, adding pictures, removing information etc. They are super efficient.

Best way to get reviews!!!

We have been using this program for over 3 years and have accrued almost 200 great reviews. I have non techy patients who have said it's easy to use.

Pros

I find it so easy to use. I can pick and choose who I want to receive reviews and then also pick and choose which ones to post!

Cons

I can't think of anything that I do not like within the features we use.

Functional & accessible patient communication

Pros

The ease of contacting patients who may not be available by phone is incredible! Texting is the new wave at this time and it saves my staff having to call the patient, rather sending a quick text is much more efficient.

Cons

Not being able to see email results like you would for a constant contact campaign. I’d like to know who got sent emails rather than texts. Vise Versa

Doctible in the office

I was hesitant at first to use doctible but we needed a way to have reviews done for us (we live in a small town and it is very competitive). It is very easy to set up and use. We are thankful that we now get to see reviews daily and even get feedback from our patients.

How easy it is to use. Great customer service.

Cons

I wish people didn't have to have a google account in order to leave a google review but we understand this isn't your fault.

Doctible is FABULOUS!

Experience with Doctible has been wonderful. Customer service was prompt in answering any questions that may have occurred. During our Covid-19 shut-down, they did not charge the very low monthly fee.

Pros

Getting reviews for our office has never been easier. Doctible sends a request for our patients who have had appointments, to write a review and then Doctible posts those reviews on Google. We have never gotten so many reviews on Google until we enlisted Doctible.

Our on-line reviews have exploded since using Doctible! Reviews make or break a business so having our patients prompted to leave feedback has been crucial!

Pros

The easy to use software and instant communication with our patients has been fantastic. In the current society environment, clear communication with our patients is a must! I have received wonderful customer support with any questions I have had. I highly recommend Doctible.
