Pros
I've been using gotomypc for 5 years and its always reliable. I log on my PC and use the app on my phone.
Cons
I have zero complaints. It really serves my purpose well.

I called in multiple times, last case number was [sensitive content hidden]. They won’t stop charging your card even though you ask for it numerous times. I had to call my bank and report my card as stolen.
Pros
The software works fine. Its easy to use.
Cons
Customer Service is very bad. They will keep charging you and say that they cant cancel.

GoToMtPC functionality is essential to the company and I would have switched long ago if I had had any issues. But there are none. Loging in is easy, setting up additional users is easy, connections always work.
Pros
My company has an operational center in Hawaii, as well as a home office on a different Hawaiian island and one in California. We also have a few remote workers. GoToMyPC is essential for the right people to be able to access the same central computer.
Cons
We cross train all staff, but adding everyone as a seat to GoToMyPC would make it expensive when some people might only need to fill in for a team member for a little while.

I have complete use of my computer from my office to my home office. I have been using GTMPC for many years, with no complaints. I use this program from my office in Mexico to the US, with no problems. I highly recommend this company.
Pros
What I like most about GTMPC, is the easy accessiblity from my home PC or my cell phone.
Cons
The only thing I dont like, is that GTMPC is not compatible to all computers. I cannot use it on my IPAD mini, for instance. But I have no issues on my PC or my cell phone.

The ability to get on my office computer from my home office computer.

The cost. I think I have been over charged for four computers but that would have been my fault because I was not watching what I was doing when I installed the program on other office computers.

Being in the technology field, I need simplicity. I can count on GoToMyPC to "Keep it simple Stupid" while other apps routinely get more complicated. My time is more valuable than the pricing of any app I use.

I have been a user for 20+ Years. GoToMyPC is a much easier interface than other competitors - which is the more important variable than most anything else.

I've been using GoToMyPC for many years now. I was introduced to it by my IT team when I was doing a lot of work from home in the early 2000's and had to access my work computer. It worked great and was free! I came back to it recently when I needed to connect to my elderly parents' computers. I didn't have time to research free options, so I purchased this. I'm happy with it, but wish it were still free.
Pros
Easy to use, reliable, and works well.
Cons
Price. I am an individual user, and this product is expensive for me.

I have been using GoToMyPC since 2000 and have used it almost daily and the ease for which it allows me to be anywhere and get into my main computer is priceless. I also love that it can now be accessed successfuly from my phone

Have used this product for years and it has helped me save time and money, by being able to not have to be at store physically to solve problems
Pros
The ease of use and the abililty to remote in from multiple locations have really saved me from having to make trips back to store. It has made it so much easier to help my staff with problems, without having to be there physically.
Cons
Sometimes getting connected from remote locations can be time-consuming. I know a lot of this is due to security, which I appreciate.

I love this program. I use to get home after 8pm from work because I had to stay after closing to do paperwork, type reports, update our point of sale programs and balance books. Now I can do it all in the privacy of my home, eat dinner with my family and do the work with no interruptions. Printing at home is a time save as well.

The software is very easy to use and having different passwords makes it secure in my opinion as well as the encrypted connection gives me peace of mind.
Cons
At this time the only times I get frustrated is when the wifi access I am using is unstable, then I have intermittent problems, but this is not GoToMyPC's issue, it is where I am accessing the internet.

I would recommend it to another person. I am very happy with the product. I have used it for at least ten years and it fills our needs quite nicely.
Pros
I like how easy it is to use. I work from home and remote into the office, and when I travel it is easy for me to keep on top of things. It was easy to install and the directions for use were clear. This was important to me as I am not very tech savy.
Cons
I have been a long time customer and it seems like the cost jumped quite a bit a few years ago.
