HIPAA compliant texting app

Very positive. I have had a couple problems with a few clients, but was given a instruction handout to give them. That seemed to work. Helps me communicate with my clients better and keep track of communication while being HIPAA compliant.
Pros
It is free for me and my clients to use. Great way to communicate and keep a downloadable record of my clients.
Cons
I don't know yet. I have liked everything I have seen so far. Can't beat the price for my size of company.
