Sort of works, better options out there
Reviewed on 2018/09/26
Pros
It has a great list of features, it's easy to navigate and intuitive to learn to use without major reading or training.
Cons
It should be a simple setup, but it is flagged by many AV vendors which makes it difficult to get all of the features running. I had to uninstall and reinstall many times, even after going through all the steps to avoid AV detection and tampering with software files and STILL didn't get all of the features running. Customer support was NOT helpful. They are very quick to point out it is NOT their fault and always blame it on the security software.

Use At Your Own Risk
Reviewed on 2020/08/24
Our issue with this company came down to trust and professionalism, both of which are lacking.
Pros
The software was feature rich and did offer a lot of information.
Cons
The install process is not as straightforward as I would have expected. It requires authorization so remote installs aren't really an option unless your employee will let them screen share during the process. Remote uninstall claims to be successful, but we found that it was still present and running. This has me concerned regarding privacy and security issues. It took our team nearly an hour to fully remove it, but still ended up wiping out all of our computers because we just couldn't trust having spyware in the healthcare field. Their support team was rude, defensive, condescending and less than helpful.
