It has been a great value-add to our business, and the customer service is top notch!

Pros

- It is seamless to install
- We saw instant results - 20 conversions in less than week one of launching
- We were able to quickly pivot our use case for Gatsby when our businesses went 100% digital due to COVID

Cons

- Would love more design options for the pop-up window
