Pros
Our first Account Manager was very hands on, helped us out with the integration and processes.
Cons
- Change in Account Manager and some very rude Account Managers: We had about 4 account manager changes due to frequent layoffs on the team, and at certain points the same account managers had not had proper hand offs so we had times where we were left on hold while a critical bug on the MetaMap side didn't allow our users to complete their register. They told us there would be a compensation, and 6 months later, nothing.
- Technical Bug: The platform has had many bugs especially in the last few months, and some additional bugs made us have to change our whole flow for a few months

We are happy with the product features at the price it's being offered at. It's also great that the team is quite flexible about adjusting a couple of things based on feedback.
Pros
I love that you can configure the product remotely without having to deploy new app versions. For example, we keep switching on/off liveness checks based on the need. I also love their web hooks implementation. They enabled us attach a lot more business logic on our end. The product is very extensible.
Cons
I believe there needs to be a away to set extra parameters that determine verification. For example, we're having cases of expired IDs passing verification checks. One should be able to configure such. Template matching needs to be tighten up a little bit more.

Fueron muy atentos y proactivos al resolver nuestras dudas en fase de test, el seguimiento fue genial y las dudas que dejamos por slack las abarcan muy rápido.
Pros
La facilidad y rapidez que tienen los usuarios al verificar su identidad, tardan máximo 5 minutos en hacerlo. Además en los flujos hay múltiples features que puedes probar y así agregando complejidad o facilidad a cada paso.
Cons
Nos gustaría poder tener una lista de IPs en las estadísticas (así como la de dispositivos) y así poder consultar si hay múltiples usuarios usando la misma IP o dispositivo.
Además de un poco más de profundidad en las estadísticas.

Opinamos que ambas empresas nosotros y vosotros hemos crecido juntos, la experiencia general es buena, aunque hay cosas o procedimientos que pensamos pueden mejorarse que ya hemos comentado arriba.
Pros
La atención al cliente y todo el proceso de mejora que se ha ido implementando durante los últimos meses.
Cons
Que la empresa hace las lógicas actualizaciones periódicas que se implementan en cualquier herramienta de software, pero no avisa previamente a los clientes de estos cambios y eso provoca desconcierto, pérdida de tiempo y no permite a los clientes prepararse para los cambios que se van a implementar.

Requeríamos una solución que brinde información muy fiable para nuestro negocio en forma ininterrumpida y MetaMap cumple con todo ello.
Es notable su inversión continua en Product Development y R&D, tienen un Roadmap claro y un equipo técnico y comercial con mucho compromiso.
Pros
Información precisa y confiable, sin interrupciones.
Dashboard muy intuitivo. Documentación de API completa y detallada. Integración muy simple.
Cons
Llevo tiempo pensando en contras... no le encuentro.

El servicio al cliente es genial, siempre están dispuestos a escuchar y tratar de solucionar los problemas, se encuentran en línea para dar soluciones. Y si alguno no pueden lo dicen con transparencia e indican el motivo.
Pros
Los documentos que valida y la facilidad de integrarse es algo que resalto, también la posibilidad de que se siga el flujo por el celular o por web que facilita al usuario su interacción
Cons
Que la facturación no es local y eso hace que se asuma un % mayor en el pago, y aún se hacen validaciones manuales porque el modo de captura del número de identidad, así como que no es posible evitar que se omita la fecha de caducidad.

A ausência de recursos simples que facilitaria o processo. Exemplo: Lupa de busca, quantidade de clientes (contador), etc.
