Pros

The ability to know when the client has received our marketing email and when it has been reviewed is a very critical feature of our team. The ease of campaign creation and overall simplicity of the tool makes the team love the product. The bulk email-sending option really saves a lot of time and effort for the team. Gmail and Outlook integration works like a charm

Pros

Marketo Sales Connect is a user friendly software. The tool is fully customizable making it quite easy to use. Two years ago, I appreciate the customer support we received on the initial set-up stages. The tool is fast and accurate.

Cons

The hardship we experienced during setup stage was successfully resolved. I would recommend anyone to contact them whenever they are stuck.

It provides detailed analytics on open rates, clicks, responses and conversions, which helps to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns and optimise strategies to improve results.

Pros

Really easy to track when leads are viewing & opening emails. Also easy to create simple smart campaigns.

Cons

Tool is expensive and the interface is similar to other Adobe products which can be a bit dated. Took use longer than expected to implement into our tech stack.
