A True Partnership
Reviewed on 2020/06/18
Overall, we've been very satisfied with Simpo so far - the onboarding and integration have been seamless and the customer service is unparalleled. The Simpo team has been a true partner in thinking creatively to work around our constraints and being more than accommodating with our training needs. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness in the planning and support to ensure that we're getting maximum value from the tool.
Pros
The Simpo interface is easy to use with user-friendly tools like the Chrome extension to help us get acclimated to the tool. The integration with our application was also easier than expected and the added high-touch service helped ensure that we onboarded effectively and continued gaining momentum with the tool.
Cons
We're still in the early stages of testing out various features so it's difficult to say. However, one opportunity is adding roles and permissions for different users accessing the dashboard/tool.

A great tool for creating and providing in-app help
Reviewed on 2020/06/18
Pros
Announcements are an easy way to shout out new features and updates. We give users quick in-app demos with step-by-step walkthroughs, and Simpo provides a seamless integration with our article knowledge base. There are lots of options to customize segmentation and search suggestions.
Cons
In the walkthrough analytics, it'd be nice to see which users have played each step (if possible).
While it's helpful to see when users give negative feedback, we don't often get to learn why because most don't leave comments. I assume the search results didn't match their query, but it's difficult to fix the issue without more details. Not sure the survey feature would be the best way to address this.
