Made Life at work Easy.

Protoco was a saviour when the office started to refunction. I have been using this product in my
organisation and it has helped me alot track my clients and visitors at work without having the
need to touch a paper. It looks really classy at the entrance of my office and listening to my
clients or visitors appreciating the way things run smoothly at work is music to my ears. I highly
recommend Protoco at every office and I’m really happy with the product.

Pros

1) It’s easy to check-in and work things from there.
2) The platform works brilliantly. The touchless check-in helps during these times.
3) Its quick and user-friendly.
4) I get notified about my visitors through mail and phone.

Cons

1) Could include more languages apart from English.

A must have Visitor Management system in your office.

It is a nice product to have at your office entry point. It changes the overall view of a company and make it look very professional. After my experience with Protoco, I think every company should invest in a visitor management system and get rid of their paper log books. Overall I am happy with this product.

Pros

Protoco is simple and easy to use. The interface is very user-friendly. The setting up process is very simple and quick. We have a small campus with many visitors and Protoco has helped us seamlessly manage them. The email notification in real time has been very helpful for the employees. Employees are also notified when there is a delivery.
The report helps us track the visitors entering and exiting our campus.
The team is great and takes customers feedback very seriously.

Cons

There’s hardly anything you can complain about Protoco.
