Most of all the support and implementation of Storecove is of an exceptional level. Friendly, responsive and they deliver what they promise. The customer portal has all options needed to support our international e-invoicing needs.

Pros

Simple to use customer portal. Clean User interface. Multiple legal entities supported out of the box.
Many options in terms of delivery of our invoices - SFTP / API and (multiple) attachments are supported, including our own PDF invoice.

Cons

Reporting options can still be improved.

Easy and fast implementable e-invoicing solution for larger corporations. Connected us to the Peppol network within a day.

Pros

Very easy to use and fast implementable e-invoicing solution. We were connected to the Peppol network within a day. The team really helped us by providing flexible and technical-intelligent e-invoice solutions. For example, some countries mandated different kind of e-invoice formats, but Storecove automatically converts your e-invoice to the format required by the country of the receiver. This really unburdened us in the long run. Also, having no implementation fee or other hidden fees, the company is very transparent in its pricing and communication. This was well appreciated.

Cons

Not many concerns. Could add some extra features, like a portal to create your own UBL invoices, but I believe the company is already working on that.
