Excellent HR Discipline, Grievance, Tracking and Electronic Records Retention Application

Eliminated a paper driven system. Discipline records can no longer leave with retirements or removal from decentralized files. Saved a significant amount of funds on a recurring basis with legal and HR time savings. Significantly improved success rate on grievances and potential litigation.

Pros

Basically automates a paper driven process and creates an environment where discipline and grievances are easily created and tracked using the organizations rules, regulations and policies. It also creates a electronic records system as a result. It also provides real time information to avoid costly litigation over disparate treatment.

Cons

Cannot think of any issues with this software.

It is a great time saver over drafting a letter from scratch or from another letter as a draft. We have received many documents from other over the years where it is evident they used another letter or document and then forget to update to the correct person's name or some other information that doesn't pertain is left in.

Pros

It populates information from drop downs to create a letter/memo free from errors. It is easy for supervisors to use to help coach employees to improve. It provides a consistent system of review and approval.

Cons

It works well so other than really nitpicking, I can't think of a con.

In addition to the software capabilities, it has served as a much needed tool in training our management staff on their role as coaches and managers.

Pros

Software streamlined our 90 supervisors & managers into a standardized process. Software also provides tracking of appeals and grievances received.

Cons

Any and all challenges were thoroughly tested prior to going live.
