However, their services like receiving of payment is not available to people in my home country, Nigeria.

PayPal Commerce Platform provides all the payment processing, invoicing, and shipment management functions I need to run my small business.

The UI is a little bit frustrating. It’s hard to see all your information in one place. Each function feels siloed off from the others. The ShipStation integration is particularly awkward.

Easy to use and log in, logs me in with phone number only so it makes it easy and quick to pay

It also supports 100s of different currencies.It helps us to create and easily manage invoices, make payments, and accept payments in different installments. Integration with tools like Zoho Desk is very easy and works just very fine.

There are no issues with the tool so far, It works pretty well.

I feel safer using PayPal for online purchases, especially if it's somewhere I will only order once from. I had an issue with a company recently that would not adjust an order, and PayPal refunded immediately. They always alert when a purchase has been made as well.

I wish all online shops would allow to use PayPal for payment.

Specifically, the setup, in general, can be somewhat a challenge if not tech-savvy, I've had some associates have some basic questions.
I would recommend adding some short video examples for the non-savvy

Mostly, I love the ease of use, the attention to safety, and the service spread, at least for the types of products or services I buy. Given a choice, if I buy 100 products, 90% of the time, I pay with Paypal. The seller can't see my card number, and this is valuable.

When transferring money to the bank account, the service costs are high, in my opinion. Other than that, finding recurring payments settings isn't so straightforward, even if I recognize that some improvements have been made.

I recommend this to those who're starting up because it makes receiving payments from new or existing clients easier. On my site, we only use PayPal to process money because it's available in most countries and opens up a wider customer base. The interface is simple and straight to the point, which I like. And copying code to your website is not a tedious task.

I do not have any complaints whatsoever! I have been using the software for personal use for a long time (7+ years); the transition to business mode was easy and provided better features and usability.

Easy to integrate to my online store

They limited my account which has literally paused my business activity. The reason for it? No proof of address. I have given them the bills, utility statements, government documents, even the tenancy agreement and a letter from the owner showcasing the proof of address and yet still they fail to accept it and give me an accurate reason why. Stupid!

Not to mention they LOST 500USD of my money and blamed it on my bank. I went to the bank and talked to the branch manager in which we concluded the money has not gone in. PAYPAL failed to provide enough evidence showcasing that they even started the transaction. Every time I bring it up they tell me that it is my bank's fault - same response each time.

I will be moving to STRIPE purely because PAYAL customer service is terrible. I want my money removed from PAYAL as soon as possible - if they will even let me.

If you value your money and information DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go with PAYPAL.

They are almost a scam.

I like the fact it is from PayPal! I've trusted the company since it began! I have one of their beginning account badges, and have not regretted it once. I use or have used several of their products and platforms and IF ever there was a problem, the customer support is outstanding and always delivers!

I have no complaints about it. Its informative and well designed!
