I don't have to chase clients nearly as much with their to-do lists and client portals set up. They can ask questions, and I can add accountability tasks for clients for them to be reminded automatically, and everything is pretty customizable - including the reminder emails.

It's still growing and missing features like bulk movement in their document system, but they're working on it. They're great at listening to end-user input.

Integrations, templates for bookkeeping, tax, onboarding processes. ReCat. Client Tasks.

That automations to create a project is for Scale plan only. And no mobile app

The automations and ways to organize client info and what is missing.

As with any software it takes time to get used to it. But I did find it more intuitive to use than others.

I love that is fully tailored for bookkeepers/accountants. It has features that are paramount to running a successful firm. I love the celebrations too when you close a project- just feels like someone is celebrating with you!

The client portal doesn't allow for back and forth collaboration (yet)

It is so easy to setup and use. I like that it integrates with everything I need and can stay on top of all ongoing projects

I wish that there was a "copy" button available in the client's vault.

How quick and easy it is to implement. We were up and running in a week, so that didn't impact our productivity and we still have training sessions left.

We haven't encountered anything yet that we don't like. This software has helped improve our workflow 100%.

I like that it is specific to accountants and has features that other task managments don't have. I like the interface, that it is simple and easy to use.

I think there could be more systems that could be created to even better support accountants. I think having reaccuring tasks would help in projects.

I haven't really been able to maximize all of the features of this software. However, the things I have played with are really good. My assistant is in love with this software and has had more time to play with all of its features and assets. I am so pleased with my purchase and can't wait for the full training so we can use this platform at its optimal capacity.

I wish I could invoice and bill within this platform

Automated email to clients for reminders. simple and complex as you design it checklist. QBO intergration on reclassification. I need this on all of my client software yesterday

Financial Cents is a fantastic workflow system. The software is easy to use and learn. It also has more automation and AI abilities than any prior workflow system I have used. Highly recommend!

At this time I do not have any cons. Not sure i will find any.

Really all the features are great and new features are constantly being added.

The client portal (need a place to put client deliverables, this is a feature that will be coming) and document management systems don't function in a way that suits what I want. They are very similar to other similar systems like TaxDome, Canopy and Karbon, I am just very particular in these spaces. I like using CaseWare for document management

I like the templates that are already created for projects.

I like least that the project do not have daily templetes.

Easy to use work flow management tool, all my staff love it as its easy to understand and efficient.

Nothing, its really great. I would say its mainly set up for US customers, that's my only critic.

Sophisticated software to manage your client and task management with option to upload and keep the documents in the system to keep all at one place.

Documents view is not appearing completely for excel as we need to download the same in order to amend and view the documents completely.

I am always on the lookout for tools that can enhance productivity and streamline my work. Recently, I had the opportunity to try out Financial Cents, and I must say, it has been a game-changer in terms of project and time management

I like that everything is in one centralized place

nothing so far, we are still in the implementation phase

I really enjoyed the easy of the integrations! It was so easy to just plug in Adobe and Quickbooks Online. I also like that it has project management for internal ( my team) as well has having the client task lists. I really like that clients don't necessarily have to make an account to upload.

I would say I do wish a few more things were in house rather than integrations.
