The customer support team is amazing! There is no such thing as a stupid question and are real people you’re talking to!

The system is easy and streamlined my business. Love the integers forms and automatic notifications my clients get. We have implemented the new flow feature and have gotten 10 new 5 Star Reviews in a week. I can’t say enough good things about Mangomint and I’ve used a lot of different systems and they are by far the best!

Probably the price but I’m sure every business owner would like to save money anywhere were can.

Also I wish they had a promo feature so I could keep track of discounts.

I find that the email marketing templates are hard to work with. I don’t use it enough as I would like to.

I loved how easy it was to work with them and how AMAZING they listen. This group listens to your needs. There were times that I knew that they had answers, but they listened very thoroughly before answering.

Not much- I feel like they still have some general things to fix and make better, but it's more nitty-gritty things

Ease of use and it's intuitive, the appearance is very esthetically pleasing.

There are some features that are missing: a search function to allow for forward appointment finding with ease. The cancellation list does not allow a specific date range to be chosen without clicking every day.

(1) What is really exceptional about Mangomint is the high level of customer support. The Mangomint team is responsive, friendly, and always working hard to add value to the customer. Of all the technology solutions that I have used over my long career Mangomint is by far the best.
(2) We switched our multi-location business from Mindbody to Mangomint, and we are so happy we did. The Mangomint system been better in almost every way and most importantly the system functionality that has helped us significantly increase our sales!

Mangomint enables us to smoothly manage our business and drive sales, but there are some things in the online booking experience and the reporting functionality that need to be improved. However, the Mangomint team has been very open to feedback and they regularly roll out system improvements that address customer needs.

While MangoMint has many clients, they treat you like you're their one and only. As a company that was sick and tired of being jerked around by large overpriced companies like QuickBooks, I can't stress enough how refreshing it is to pay for a quality software and receive quality customer care.

Our company carries over 1,000 products and unfortunately the purchase order side of MangoMint is quite limited. It would be a game changer if we were allowed to edit purchase orders to the extent of - adding invoice numbers, changing prices we were charged if we purchased items on sale, allow the same product to be assigned to multiple vendors, etc. Also being able to add a base discount to a customer order such as automatically taking 10% off all products, instead of having to discount each on individually, would be a huge time saver. It would also be AMAZING to have customers be able to fill their online forms in multiple sittings - our intake forms are comprehensive for doctor's appointments and it would be much more convenient if they could save their forms as they go, instead of things getting deleted even if they leave the page on accident.

I love the customer care from chat support! They respond promptly and always make sure I get the help I need. I also love the reports I can generate on Mangomint. It’s helping me grow my business!

Honestly whenever there has been a challenge? However small? They have a solution or point out what I have missed. They anticipate needs!

It’s really easy to use and customize. The learning center is extremely helpful to problem solve on your own. Their customer support responds quickly if you need human help. My customers like the ease of scheduling. It was simple to integrate into our other platforms.

Clients can’t share packages or memberships.

We have yet to experience any cons! Mangomint completely meets our needs for scheduling in the Spa environment

My favorite features of Mangomint are the actual interface (very easy to navigate), the payment processing system, and the add on features. It has made running my business a breeze!

I can't really pinpoint anything I dislike about the software.

I’m a software designer and this is an exceptionally well designed platform. Easy to set up, easy for the doctor to use. It’s modern, mobile and friction free for clients. And to top it off, it’s beautiful, integrates seamlessly with our brand on the website and via messaging. This is a product I can’t imagine living without.

It’s expensive, in fact, they all are. I demo’d 6 competitors before settling on Mangomint. The only thing that gave me pause was the price.
