Integrations with other systems is quick and simple.

Should reach to more systems and CRM for deeper integration.

I love the ease of use and functionality of the software. We have several departments in our company that have struggle to adapt to DAM systems in the past; but they have taken on Widen with ease and have actually enjoyed being able to go in and get what they need without contacting us.

I wish that we could make collections more searchable for users without having to place the collection on our desktop page.

I could not get any support at all. I was on a deadline and there was no one home to help fix a simple sign-in problem.

Widen has been a great partner to work with on our new Digital Asset Management. The implementation process is very smooth and straightforwards.

There are restrictions on how much we can customize the dashboard.

Widen was already easy to use, but their improved upload feature has made updating asset metadata much more efficient.

Sometimes when updating individual metadata can be finnicky or time consuming

I like being able to search for multuiple product skus

Widen Collective grants my company the power to organize, store and manage our digital assets using a smart and intuitive set of controls.

Widen easily organizes all documents, videos, and other files in an easy to use online tool. Makes disseminating material easy.

The layout and user interface are less than desirable. This is one area of weakness that could drastically improve the customer experience.

The initial training for the product is very good; they also offer great support via email and chat

It is not possible to use .csv files. I cannot think about other issues with the product

It can accommodate a lot of media assets and organized them in a way that is manageable. It is fairly user-friendly.

Many different departments within our company will need access to this software, and that may require some training, because I don't know if the tool is intuitive enough to just turn them loose on it.

Digital assets are organized very intuitively and can be accessed/downloaded with great ease.

Searching for specific assets would be made easier if end-users could include additional criteria to narrow down their search (i.e. duration of video assets, file format)

Using Widen software has allowed our creative teams to manage content more effectively. With it, we are able to track asset revisions and popularity. This has made it easier for us to be more strategic in the creation and placement of our content.

Additionally, with the Workflow management tool, digital proofing interface and Digital Asset Management library, our users only have to visit one site to enter jobs, proof and collaborate on new content, and access current assets and media.

Sometimes we experience "glitches" or "bugs" within the software after a major update is rolled out, but that's to be expected and they are always quick to respond when this happens.

The convenience and logical layout of the site as a whole. Our sales reps, the Woolrich team, and our buyers all are able to use the site without any hiccups. I really like that I am able to control who can see and download what. Because of Widen I don't have to download every asset and take up space on my computer, I can send links to anyone and everyone that needs them, but also it makes it so our reps can take care of their accounts directly and aren't coming to me for everything. It reallly makes my job so much easier!

I don't really have any complaints except I wish I didn't have to change my password so much. I'm running out of ideas! :)

Sending and finding images has never been easier. Customer service is amazing and helped me tremendously when setting up my companies DAM.

We have a different use case than most because most of the time we are sending media outside of our organization. Widen collects emails when items are downloaded, but we are not able to get the data. I know they are working on this and we look forward to this update.

The function of drag assets from server and link create automatically is very good option we don't need to download the assets

The Admin GUI is an intuitive mix of front-end and back-end Admin Tools, with STRONG client support accessible via Chat, email, demos and structured training sessions.

Lack of an XML generator (so, no ability to create an MRSS feed for distro to 'New Media' platforms such as STB's and smartphones), and lack of a .csv ingest manager for direct 'Custom Metadata Import.'

Being able to choose multiple files to download and to see the files you've selected.

Occasionally not being able to download an alternate file type from the original version of the file. For example, sometimes it won't download a 1000x1000 jpg of a file that was originally uploaded as a PSD.

Everything about this product is easy!

We initially chose the software after closely reviewing more than 7 different solutions. Widen accommodates all of our needs where others came up short. Ultimately the deciding point came down to the out-of-the-box video streaming feature, this is what makes Widen different.

The Widen team has the roll-out process down to a science. They worked with us to define a solid taxonomy which paved the way for an easy initial asset upload.

Training and the on-boarding process was seamless. The application is easy to use but, when in doubt, they have a fully loaded training library (Widen University) which has video tutorials and easy to find articles.

We are very pleased with Widen and would definitely choose it again!
