It’s average and can be improved. Specially the interface. Would prefer to see 15days straight even when we change dates. Also sometimes rates don’t change. Nonetheless since [sensitive content hidden] has joined it has been a lot easier to connect.

Pros

(1) Bulk changes are convenient now compared to before
(2)[sensitive content hidden] is helpful

Cons

(1) Sometimes support is delayed and requires constant follow up
(2) rates don’t change properly sometimes if we change single dates

Slowness in popups on customer folio page. Especially when I exempt tax.

Mobile app was so much better before update happened and entire UI was changed

The team yes i mean it the team i am assigned with is great they work like anything and for a hotelier you need people like this especially the RM I AM Assigned too [sensitive content hidden] got me into stayflexi and has beena great support all the times

Without [sensitive content hidden] sometimes things cant be done anand had great responsiveness with his work
And for support [sensitive content hidden] has been a superb help

Cons

I have no problems with the team yes but ota price comparison with the discounts should be visible in in the software regards

Excellent tool for booking and management. The product is well supported by qualified staff.

Pros

Booking and managing the bookings are troublefree. The quarterly management fee is reasonable. The Relationship Manager is available even on weekend for support.

Cons

Update we make on a booking, for example updating a no-show, does not get reflected on OTA's system. We do not get the phone number of bookings from some OTAs, resulting in loss of income when the guest doesn't turn up.

No-Show Marking: There are certain limitations on marking bookings as "no-show" due to restrictions from OTAs. For instance, after 48 hours have passed, Booking.com does not allow a booking to be marked as a no-show.

Access to Guest Contact Details: Some OTAs restrict the sharing of contact information, which can indeed impact direct communication. We’re actively working with OTAs to streamline guest data sharing within the allowed guidelines, so you can engage with guests effectively and minimize no-shows.

sometimes hanging issues are happening , we tried to change some rates from our mobile app,which we could'nt do it. That time omeshwari was very helpful. We just need some more working facilities in mobile app relatively working in computer.
