Overall, with the price point and the featured offered this product offers a great ROI in the form of being able to consistantly and professionally market yourself and your brand to your clients and partners.

From the moment I signed up, everything just works. You're stepped through everything you need to know and do in-app, with thorough explanations of what it's doing and why. I didn't need to search for any additional documentation or seek any assistance, it just made sense and within a matter of minutes, I was designing my signature and sending email with a consistent and professional signature. Overall, I have been pleased, there I say impressed, with CodeTwo and would have no problem recommending them for your business.

I don't like the set up of the software and the fact that you need to have an install of the software to design the signatures. This often doesn't work properly. The signatures often go down and you have open the software and reconnect to allow it to work again. This means you either have to remote into the machine that the software is loaded on or drive to the work. I have also found that the delivery of the mails is often very slow through their servers and can sometimes have to wait for 15 to 30 mins for the mails to go through. Their support says that this is impossible.

Overall experience has been amazing, the setup was nice and simple and even making some little touch-ups with the html signature I used was a breeze!

I would highly recommend to any company that's wanting a professional good looking signature without having to create a signature for each user. Plus the signature's showing in a reply or forward is an amazing feature!

Overall our company is comfortable using codetwo for automatic email signatures.
It's easy to use in cloud and finally we can scope our other company locations centrally by access rights of dedicated groups.

It has been easy to onboard and overall our team responded very positively to it, overall presentation to our clients is more consistent and on brand as a result.

No complaints, salespeople were great, tech support has been great.

Really happy with the portal ease of use and in my experience, how responsive their support desk are with issues.

If I were to have any niggles it would be with the Partner Portal (not really related to the customer end product) which is quite basic and not easy to use and/or add customers. (CodeTwo - Please make your reseller/partner portal better)

Microsoft isn´t able to deliver a good feature for company wide signatures, but CodeTwo is a very good method to get a good solution for signatures.

Easy to use and easy to administrate! Value for money

We have used CodeTwo Email Signature for Exchange for about two years. Before CodeTwo we had a hard time trying to have users use branded standardize signatures, especially on the IT side who had to enforce it and management for users. We migrated to Microsoft 365 and upgrade to the CodeTwo Email Signature 365. The process was very each to setup and migrate our existing signatures. In addition, their are more features available to us now with the 365 version. We were especially thankful for the great support from all the sales team and tech team. The website also has very good documentation.
