I can't think of any downside issues to using Shogun. In my experience it has been a breeze to learn and use.

The customer service is exceptional when you need it and it’s pretty easy to use as a non-designee/engineer.

I didn’t like the monthly payment cost. When I started it was only $28 a month but that plan got phased out and I was paying $78 a month.

Easy to use. Great for building web pages and blogs quickly. Always improving and bringing out new features. The support team are always helpful, friendly and speedy with replies and fix's.

The syncing system seems to be a little glitchy at times.

Good integration with Shopify, helpful quick responding support team. Ability to add custom CSS and customisable elements/blocks is very useful.

Some elements can be glitchy which limits scope for widespread use.

I've been using Shogun for some time now and the support is exceptional. I had an issue relating to a page anchor, of which was resolved within 24 hrs. I had heard fomr them right away and actually spoke to someone about my problem.

The blocks can be tricky top move around at times, however they have just improved this. I would like to see more blocks added in the near future

We use Shogun becuase it offers us the flexibilty of build great page layouts and removes the limitations of native page builders. We can embed forms and widgets within the page builder, which allows us to add extra elements to our site.

Its a bit of a learning curve if you've never used a page builder before, but once you learn what all the elements and componets do, its very simple to use.

The UI is great, lots of options to choose from for each block and not in an overwhelming way. Also, I love the snippets feature so i can copy and paste advanced elements with ease. Their support is excellent and fast as well.

The biggest con is only having a 45% image quality limit even on my paid version... Also, page speed is a minor con. I noticed once switching to shogun my page speeds suffered a bit, but it isn't something too noticeable on the front end.

Shogun has been an invaluable tool in helping us create content and landing pages for our website. It has a lot of turnkey features that are easy to customize. The user interface is pretty straightforward. They have a lot of elements and templates ready to use.

[sensitive content hidden] from Customer Support has been so exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He is by far my favorite customer service agent across all apps and software we use. He is always available to help and very friendly.

Some discrepancies between the editor and live end can be experienced, when it comes to rendering/styling of text.
There are some customizations that need a bit of help from customer support if you are not experienced in CSS. But customer support is always available to help guide you in case you run into a wall

I've been using this app for 4 years now and I'm happy with the new additions to the page editor. We are constantly making landing pages and it's so easy to use and make improvements to overall our ecommerce.

The help support team is very friendly and fast. We have contacted them a few times and they've always been very efficient in resolving our questions and issues with the page editor.

There have been some glitches with the new additions, sometimes the content takes a some time to load correctly.

I like that it is intuitive and easy to use.

I wish we would have more format flexibility.

The Shogun app requires an initial adjustment period to become accustomed to its design features. However, the customer service team is prompt and efficient in providing support and guidance, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

I've used shogun in the past and it is even easier now to make my pages look like I'm an actual designer! When I had trouble figuring out a format, I reached out to customer service and had a response that 100% solved my problem in a matter of hours.

So far, nothing major! I'm able to figure it out as I go and getting support from customer service.

Drag-and-drop features, device-specific assets, easy to go beyond the Shopify theme limitations without coding.

Some of the settings get overwritten by the theme somehow, but customer support is great for overcoming those obstacles.

[sensitive content hidden] was extremely helpful and accommodating. He resolved my issue super fast and showed me different ways of doing things to help improve my work in the future. He provided videos and walk-throughs. This was all done very quickly.

I have nothing bad to say about this company, they are always accommodating and super helpful.

Shogun is very easy to use, and the team gives great support!

Some more customization and flexibility features would be great but overall it's a great app regardless.
