This is a extremely robust moving company crm, and yet the Network Leads Team are constantly upgrading with more kick ass features or just making already great features function even more efficiently. The main thing that set Network Leads apart and a step above others is the fact that they are accessible 24/7. Hard to believe in this industry isn't it. Try and see for yourself! Whether it's the middle of the day when your team is working the leads or in the wee hours of the night or morning when you're going through the analytics, there is a convenient help button located in the lower left hand corner. I GUARANTEE if you send them a message any time of the day or night you will get [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] or any of the other great team members quick to solve whatever issue occurs. The most amazing part is your entire team has access to them as well. This equals 99.9% uptime. I don't which is better, the software or the engineers? It's like i'm in CRM heaven. Thanks Network Leads!

NONE! All I have to to is mention it and Network Leads will quickly implement my requests into the CRM. You will not find a more responsive team of developers. These guys have in-house developers not like a lot of other moving company CRM's who contract out their developer obligations.

It has everything that we need for our moving company and the staff is always ready to offer the best customer service!!

I am new to this software. I have been using an older software from 2013. I am very excited about the features that are available in this software and how knowledgeable the team is about my industry. The team is very friendly and fun to work with as well. I look forward to a long relationship with them!

Texting and email blast for sure LOVE THE automatic emails etc... and 24/7 customer service is fantastic I message at all hours because I am always working

We switched to Network-Leads software about 6 month ago and so far we only have positive experience with it. It is simple to use and have lots of tools for automating processes.

I think it is the only real all in one platform in this industry. Every other system I looked at or tried was missing something or wanted to charge me extra for every little feature. It literally makes me money which is by far the best thing.

If I'm being picky probably the font size inside a client file - but I just zoom in and that fixes that...

The customer service team behind this app is the winner. They check in on you, ensure the software is running smoothly from your end and are always quick to assist you with something you don't understand. When new leads pop up in the software, which can also be generated directly from your website by the software, you get an immediate notification on all devices so you miss no prospects. Really simple system to use that allows all needed customization and gives you 2 free phone numbers that you can use to send texts and receive texts from leads.

I was not an administrator so everything that I used was set up in the way that was necessary to work. No issues on the user end.

Its User friendly and the representatives are very helpful. The White Glove onboarding is amazing. I am a happy customer!

The software is constantly being improved by the development team and it's great to know that the guys are willing to help as much as possible and modify their product per our needs and suggestions.
It's an easy-to-use-software, it has plenty of possibilities and options, so I'm pretty satisfied with how things are going.
The customer support team is fantastic, it's always a pleasure to work with them because they are very polite and professional.

There are no cons from my experience....

I'm still pretty early in using the software but have been very impressed with it so far. Still setting things up and am about to go live but can already see the value in it. It's going to cut out a lot of the drudgery and repetition involved in sales, and because it's so customisable I can only see its usefulness improving as I become more familiar with it. Am looking forward to saving a lot of time and closing more sales thanks to the seeming efficiency of the CRM.

Nothing I dislike about it although I hope that the software continues to improve in response to user feedback. Given the level of attentiveness I've received so far I'm very optimistic this will be the case.

What I like most is how easy it is to create an estimate and how quickly they respond to issues.

It costs more than all other softwares out there which could probably be a con if another software offers the same features for less money.

Good lead management. Good customer interaction platform.

We would like to be able to connect outlook to it to record all customer emails automatically.
