Ease of use, cloud hosted, customer experience and their ease of use.

Folder systems within the documents - should be easier to add folders.

You can tell that an accountant heavily influenced the program. Everything works as expected, and adoption and buy-in are very easy. All the data is presented in easy-to-use sections, and it has directly allowed us to provide superior customer service to our clients. The Project module and tasks allow employees and managers to keep track of workflow, budgets, and target due dates.

We have used several Practice Management systems (Practice, CCH Axcess, Office Tools). When it was time to change, I researched many of the top ones in 2023. Firm360 was the best program by far.

The weak part of this software is the billing. It seems as though it was an afterthought. It does the basics well; however, it is not very robust. There are many issues that were a step back for us as a firm. The customer service and support have been great, so we are hoping that over time, this part of the program will become stronger.

Overall power of the software package to manage firm clients, including keeping time, invoicing, document storage, securely sending messages and documents back and forth between clients and accountants

It's not as visually organized as I'd prefer

The ability to upload a PDF straight into Firm360. This saves so much time not having to save to your computer and then upload the PDF.

The report options. Some of the reports don't let you filter down as much as we would like to have them.

The customizations and ease of managing multiple projects at once.

My one complaint (very few this program is amazing) is I wish there was a way to edit project steps after a project is created.

The print to file feature saves so much time!

Search bar in printing to file is small and hard to click on.

It made it so easy to look for a project and assigned tasks. It's so easy to reassign to others and receive back. It's supper easy to use and helpful to keep your files organized.

It's so easy even for a new user like me to get used to it.

Firm360 does a great job of keeping all of our client's files at our fingertips. They are always improving services and have wonderful customer support

I don't have any complaints about using Firm360

Ease of use, ability to set up recurring projects, and associate documents with projects.

There have been a few kinks that have been worked out. The support staff is very responsive to correcting any issues.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to access and utilize all the features without a steep learning curve. Even team members who are not tech-savvy can use it comfortably.

We do more fractional accounting services and not as much tax services. While the tool is still valuable and is a solution for us, sometimes our clients can get a little confused. The biggest being the login with tax ID numbers.

I like the customization and flow of the software.

There isn't much that isn't available that my firm needs.

The support has been phenomenal. The use of the program is intuitive.

The dashboard is a busy. I also don't think to go to the middle of a page for an entry point, throws me off.

Robust, but simplistic at the same time.

We shopped for a long time before choosing 360. Once we found it and talked with their staff, we instantly felt all the niggles and reservations disappear. We knew this was the program for us, and it has been such a godsend to our practice. We regret nothing. You won't either.

The most difficult thing is having to change how you run your practice to incorporate the program. Change can be hard, and setup takes time, but it's worth it in the end. Any struggle you have with the software is either misusing it or the staff can add it as a feature pretty quickly. They're very responsive in either case.

The software is incredibly easy to learn and use. Firm360 staff work hard at fixing issues quickly and are very responsive to feedback.

The report and search functions are still in the early days and need to be fleshed out. Right now many reports have to be exported to csv then created in excel. The search/filter functions aren't available on all input fields. There is no true integration with Outlook.

All the features we use are important to keep the firm running smoothly and efficiently.

There were some small bumps in the road at first, but the 360 Support Staff is awesome and helped in any areas we needed. I used to use a different practice management software at my former firm, and I will say 360 has more benefits and integrates well with our tax software.

I like the time keeping feature and how easy it is to navigate through different clients with the touch of a button. We have in the past used Practice software, but this is way more efficient and it is 100% easier to find what you need and get to where you want to go. Plus the portal feature of this product is outstanding and easy for our clients to navigate.

The only thing I really disliked about this sofware is trying to manage my projects on the dashboard. I think there should be more sort options based off much needed date triggers. I spent alot of time trying to manage my projects in a logical order.

Our experience with Firm360 has been nothing short of exceptional! Every suggestion we have made to improve functionality has been met with enthusiasm and implemented within a short period of time. We have been fortunate enough to take advantage of new features by opting into beta testing. This program has allowed us to streamline several time-consuming processes during our busiest season and improved our organization as a whole. I highly recommend Firm360!

Everytime we find something that is "missing" we send an email requesting the feature to be added. Next thing you know it is a new feature!

Firm360 is the most superior option for managing accounting and tax practices, and their customer service is exceptional

I'm dissatisfied with the inability to synchronize invoices with other software, and it would be great if documents could be sorted into folders
