I like the fact I can brand and track videos. I haven't had the chance to make the most of this functionality yet, but I have plenty of use-cases in mind for it.

Sometimes it's hard to get out of the 'face only intro' to go straight to the screen. But that's probably user-error!

Not only has this product worked without flaws since I got it, but also the team has been incredibly responsive and fast when it comes to implementing new ideas into the interface.

The email integration for Gmail (via Chrome) can be a bit buggy at times, but still fully functional.

As a marketer who does a lot of cold-outreach, using StoryXpress is a great way to remove the "cold" out of the equation.
What I do is that I typically record myself on camera with my client's website as a background and I do a typical sandwich recording...
Where I say something good about their website, followed by something I can do for them, followed by another cool thing about their website.
And what I love about the software is that I can share a direct link for my recording...
And people will see my recording on a page where I can edit the page to look more about my brand.
Going through this effort really pays out.
And people typically comment on how great it looks.
I understand people use this tool in different ways.
And it's the tool versatility that I love the most because it offers a lot of different ways to use it.

It happened a few times that after I made a video, especially when it is a bigger one...
That after I finish recording it, the video is gone.
And it's not on the videos list.
And I end up having to record everything again.
This, so far, is the only really bad thing I can see on the software.

Analytics on the videos! I can see how many times my videos have been watched.
I can see where viewers drop off, so I can keep improving he videos.

By monitoring which of my videos get the most views, I know what type of content my suppliers, clients and employees find most useful.

I've lost videos that never uploaded to my dashboard about 4 times.
All 4 times the internet was being dodgey though!

I really like that I can quickly and easily create videos for clients, partners, etc. The Chrome extension is really easy to use. After recording, I can send those videos and get analytics about the videos like view count, engagement, location, browser, etc.

I also really like that I can custom brand my video pages. Each video is sent with my domain name (CNAME support) and has my logo and background on the page.

Early on it was pretty buggy, but they've really come along way. I don't like that they put a limit on the number of videos I can embed with my plan.

The video player works fine, but I'd like to see them modernize it a little.

I love the way it automatically embeds my videos on a branded page, so I can easily share a URL of a webpage and my clients can easily watch my video there.

If my connection is crappy the upload bombs out and I have to re-record the video.

It just works. As it should. Stability has increased greatly over the past many months.
Support is responsive, but of course, one should wait till it is their working hours.

After 1+ years of using, nothing. All very good.

I just bought the product to have an easy way to show my face on my screen while doing a webinar or a training session. There were free apps, but I thought for the money StoryXpress was by far easier to begin ASAP. Little did I realize what a GEM I had found. I found another use case--to tape videos--anything that I can show on my computer screen can be recorded. Excellent! Now, I don't need to do extra steps for scenes I find I want to snip from YouTube, etc.

I believe there are a few bugs. Several times I was unable to download video...but I was NOT aware of this until it was way too late to re-record. I'd like a few more easy to use functions. I expect that they will come...esp. with regard to video design.

After you start making videos to replace emails you start to wonder how you survived before. We use StoryXpress for to save a tone of time and back and forth explaining important and complex situations with our customers and vendors.

There really is not much not to like. But that wouldn't be much help to you so if I had to say something I would say the inability to record system audio. It would normally be a bigger issue but I've been able to workaround it by using VoiceMeeter.

Very easy to use and navigate around. Extremely affordable compared to others!

Some hiccups here and there when sharing videos. But support is prompt on trying to solve the issues!

I love sending video emails along with typing emails to colleagues and clients. Many like to listen rather than read...this is a great tool that saves tons of money each month compared to BombBomb.

Would love an iphone app to easily make videos from my phone and send thru email using the link sharing capability that the browser has.

There are many things:
1. I have analytics. I can see how many people look my video, when and for how long
2. I can brand with my logo and colors
3. It has integration with Gmail, Linkden, YouTube, slack and others...
4. I can choose when the video expire, 60, 30, 15 days o never
5. The customer service is great, expedite

I would like we can manually set up the expiration date video. Now is 60, 30 ,15 or never

It makes quick work of trying to get in front of customers or colleagues. I can share a simple video with very little friction and have branding for both my personal and business needs.

Also being able to customize everything is great.

A few glitches but may be user error. The actual meat an potatoes of the software have worked well.

Overall it is really good. There a few settings I've not master yet but I guess, that is for me to sort out.

After downloading my videos from the site to my computer, the quality reduced

It’s pretty easy ti use and has a storage capability to embed links. I’ve used it a few times when showing people bugs or issues that need video. I like that it has a chrime extension.

Video editing isn’t very robust. Needs to be integrated.

I really like how I can make my face small and share something to help people walk through something. But they can still see me talking.

The problem is that once a video I filmed didn't show up until hours later
