Easy Integration for Communication Scrubbing

We had effortless communication with the Nightfall team. They were quick to listen to our needs and respond with direction and help. They provide top-notch service.
Pros
The web service integration and documentation was very easy. We had a functioning integration setup in a few hours with the ServiceNow platform.
Cons
At first, we couldn't use the custom filters built our security team to scrub specific data out of communications. This has since been resolved due to the fast response from the development team.

Overall great experience using Nightfall, once setup it just works.
Pros
Nightfall is simple to setup without any complexities. The alerting is awesome and can be tweaked to reduce noise. Overall great experience using Nightfall.
