DreamClass is very feature-packed student information management system at an amazing price. It combined a lot of functionality that was previously distributed across different spreadsheets and apps. It allows us to unify everything from application, to classroom management, to grading, and communication.

Also, the customer service has been top-notch and extremely responsive.

Some features are limited, or not implemented in the way that would work best for our type of program, but customer service has been extremely helpful in doing things on the back end for us, and even taking our suggestions to the development team as feature requests.

I am able to keep all student information in one portal, such as lesson plans, quizzes, and invoices.

Would like for the portal to be able to enroll the student

One stop shop for gradebook, parent communication, school calendar, annoucements, and invoicing. I love the customer service and the easy to use platform and it can be customized for your individual school. When issues have come up, the support team will get on a call with you and show you how to navigate or fix any issue you are having.

I wish they would have up-to-date tutorial videos for the initial set up. Some of the videos that I watched on the initial setup and tried to follow were not able to be implemented and my experience was different than I thought it would be. I think having a step-by-step system that new users can follow would be great.

DreamClass allows our educational program to have a one-stop solution for registration, attendance, communication, gradebook, and calendar events! It has been a huge blessing to Anchor Enrichment Academy and we have enjoyed the setup process.

There are some minor issues with the forms and invoices, but we are working with the team to get them sorted out.

The UI is intuitive and looks modern and professional. Most features are customizable, both in labeling and sometimes even functionality. The price is reasonable given the functionality you get.

So fare I haven't run into any significant negatives.

Great customer support, any issues are answered the same day and a solution is always found.

Could do with some filtering options but this is being discussed and is ongoing to be added in hopefully to our system.

DC is great for organizing and sharing student records. At first, DC had some templates for school records (gradebooks, schedules, etc.) that make sense for most schools, but didn't make sense for us since our school functions slightly different from most. However, DC was able to accommodate our needs by making small adjustments that made a big difference for us.

Dreamclass is simple to use, but not necessarily intuitive. Fortunately, they are eager to help, and once you understand the logic behind it, it's easier to navigate.

Hours of operation is based on Greek time. Service was great when they were available to respond via support/chat. However, I didn't mind the 24 hr turnaround knowing that's expected with the time difference.

Some functions are still being upgraded and can only be implemented by support and not given as an option to the administrator.

I'd like there to be a home dashboard for families that can be decorated and customized by administrator with icons such as: WEEKLY MEMO, CALENDAR, FIELD TRIP, etc.

The quick response of the team.
The way they work to improve and listen to our needs.

The fact that when a student is inactive in a class, and it still counts on the list.

One of the most beautiful things in dream class is the design and the UI of the website.

Lack of functions that make things easier, sometimes these little details make so much difference

I like how they considering the clients request for some tailoring. They have good after sales support.

DreamClass was very easy to get started with, and the customer support ([sensitive content hidden]) has been incredible. She scheduled calls in advance with our admin team, mapped out for us what we needed to do so that we could be ready to launch our new school

They have a calendar that integrates with the schedule and classes, however it is clunky and not helpful for our model of schooling. Often I don't know exactly what to do inside the platform, but when I email for help (again, [sensitive content hidden]) I get a response within a few hours.

DreamClass is cloud-based and requires no infrastructure of your own to set up and maintain. It is also very user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface.

Limited LMS features, like creating quizes and exams.

You can set up classes, and add students by importing existing Excel sheet. The support was brilliant; if Lids was not there to support us to implement the software, we might have given up and may have cancelled the subscription.

Sometimes, it may feel somehow restricted ( duplicate classes and data)
