iCRM is a great CRM software to use, it automates our Sales and Marketing seamlessly.

Increased productivity of employees which results in better customer satisfaction and more revenue.
Pros
First of all, it is very much capable of doing any level of customization as per the business process. It handles the large size data and highly user-friendly and enterprise ready. Most importantly it is very cost effective.
Cons
Mobile App is not available for IOS, Leads scoring feature is not available in Leads module which was an important feature for our business.

Nothing is extraordinary--CRM

Pros
Nothing as such.
Even your software lacks in many basic features.
Cons
This software lacks in user- friendliness.
It is not automated.
Automatic assignment of leads to an user is missing so it is time consuming.
It is manual completely.
filters are also not working properly.
Importing an excel is not an easy. It is complicated.
Recent leads are sometimes not on the top.
When an excel sheet is exported, it is not in proper format. Should be in PDF format also.

Pros
It's full of various functions which is very much handy in daily work. Easy to use and understand.

Good pricing. Very customisable. Nice layout and easy to use. Can quickly get up to speed with all the features.
Cons
Not available as an app for when out of the office, other than that all was good and no other cons to list.

Delightful, Useful, Rough Service

Pros
iCRM was very cost effective for my budget at the time. Loved the GUI, and the user friendliness. Overall, it's useful for midsize projects.
Cons
The Customer Support was lacking. I had to wait on hold once for 30 minutes, and then the person on their end hung up. I like the software, but maybe get a better customer service team and you're golden.
