I love using Showell in my day to day sales work. Using Showell and great presentation materials and templates, I can create a tailored and professional looking presentation in just matter of minutes. No need to copy and paste from previous presentations, you can find everything easily, presentations look great and are super easy to share too.

An example on the benefit: One night at 11.15 pm I realized that I had forgotten to prepare a presentation for a sales call on the next morning. I opened up Showell, created a couple of customer specific slides, collected basic product, company and reference slides from Showell and at 11.25 pm I had a presentation ready for the meeting. Completely tailored to the customer.

No Mac app as of yet. Could have better ability to track presentation shares.

We used showell for internal communication between the company for our weekly newsletter, it was easy to use and to share presentations!

There are no things in particular that I did not like about Showell

The materials are quite easy to set in the Showell. It is good that the materials can be shared via Showell and we get the information who has viewed the link. Good to be able to have different roles and user groups. Easy to use in most of the cases.

From reporting is bit hard to get the information I would like to get. There should be some kind of "pivot table" type of report where I could select the information and limitations I would like to see in one page. So for example I should be able to set the report to show selected users on rows and selected materials on columns and then be able to set the time period and the information I would like to see for example times the material has been sent, times the material has been opened, the last time the material has been opened etc.

I like how easy it was to share multiple presentations with clients at once without having to share large files, only a link. Personalised links for different collections of presentations. Can access data from clients as to if they have accessed the file / presentations.

The order presentations appear once collected could not be edited or changed to my knowledge, this would have been a helpful tool.

The ease of use, it was very user friendly and allowed our team to upload presentations which contributed to clear communication internally

I did not experience any negatives with showell but I did not use all aspects of it

The expiry links and lack of export data features

Showell is easy to use, for administrator as well as sales team. Our Sales Team uses Showell to show our Clients Videos, Flyers, Booklets while informing them about our newest products. They use it on Laptops and iPads which works perfectly. We love that we can use Showell offline. Translation to other languages is also no problem.

The Software defenitely comes with a price.

I have had a privilege to work with Showell for the last year. I’m looking into Showell as a marketing and sales tool which will help us both standardize and personalize customer presentations and quotations for our customers. This comes from the variety of options to store and evolve marketing and sales material.

I have worked with Showell as a key user and a trainer for our sales reps. The sales force have given excellent feedback on Showell’s presentation skills and varieties of options to be used. I as a key user enjoy the Showell’s user interface that is very intuitive. I encourage everyone to give Showell a change to improve your sales.

The key words for the pros for Showell are the possibility to standardize, personalize and share material. UI which is very easy to use and very agile. Update 24/7 and possibility to use also in offline. Increasing transparency between buyer and seller.

Despite of the low threshold of Showell usability the change management principles need to be taken into account on early stages of the new software implementation.

Showell gives us an easy way to store and share documents with our distributor network. It is also great tool to build quick presentations for customer meetings. Offline client is a great addition in order to have all the documents available at any time in any place.

Updating new versions of the document to Showell. Too much manual work if you want the file names etc to match.

Great tool for output (users can see/download materials) , but it's not easy to collect input data from users.

It's users friendly for our representatives.

There are occasional bugs, but most of the time they are quickly resolved.

Showell is giving our sales team, access to all marketing and presentation material available without the need to carry around any piece of paper. Briefcase is not needed anymore. They can show, print or transfer any brochure or price list right in front of the customer on their tablet. Makes our sales force job a lot easier, increasing their productivity while bringing a professional approach and look in the market. Best sales support tool we could have.

Would like to have a CRM offering from Showell that would be attach directly to your app. This would be a great addition.

The product is very easy to use and allows me to track customers interest in spesific content

I don't find any problems with the software. Depending on the amount of content in use, downloading the content for a first time on your platform of course takes a while.

Easy to use and navigate between different areas of the company. Professional looking sites for customers. Easy to download PDF and/or share information to a customer. Nice to know when a customer opened a file - easy to contact back.

Showell -software, like many others, is sometimes affected with Windows updates. However the company answers fastly for customer requests if Showell is not working and give guidandance for easy uppdates and downloads.

I would like to be able to send pictures without just sending a link.

Easy to use, quick to set up, no need for long training to be operational, quick and courteous customer service.

I would like to have the possibility to compare 2 periods in on the same screen. For example: use for 2 different months or the most shared documents for 2 specific and non-consecutive time periods. It is not that serious since we can see them separately and we have access to the information.

Creating presentation mode could be mor user friendly with deag and drop

Very easy to use and when the content is up to date so very reliable. Mobile version and computer
the version works excellently.
Information and files etc are always available.

With over a year of user experience, I can't really find anything I don't like

User interface is clear and convenient, and easy to navigate. Works well also in cellphone. All material is always up to date. Sharing of files is very simple and fast: link is readily available for sending by email or instant message.

So far no particular issues or notable inconveniences.

clarity of the price list ,easy to use anywhere.

No bad sides of the party come to mind..
