Pros
Switching to Innago has eased many burdens I had. We are a small nonprofit that depends on every dollar. Being able to afford a rental software for our income based supportive housing is a game changer. The things i love the most are Cost and simplicity.

Pros
Innago is free for the property manager/owner and is a full suite of tools required by property manager to run small to large rental properties.
Cons
Application process needs to require applicants to fill out all requested items before submitting (such as referrals)
Pre built lease would also be a huge win. Current model requires you to bring your own lease. Software to convert PDF lease to fillable form is easy to use.

I like the price Free to landlords and only $2 to send ACH or E-Checks for tenants

There are a lot of bugs, even if the error is user error there seems to be no system to tell the user the issue so you have to contact support which is very time consuming, I have been waiting for a couple weeks now for a fix on the lease data boxes shifting, Cannot send lease because they will come back with data boxes that have shifted and will need to be redone, I have had to send lease outside of Innago. I hope these issues get resolved very soon, i will do an update here in a couple more months

While I have only been with Innago for a little over a month, it was intuitive and simple enough that I decided to move the rest of my portfolio over to the platform.
Pros
Innago makes it easy for me to manage my entire rental portfolio. It's a great software at an even better price, free.
Cons
The part I dislike most is only being able to send one document for signing at a time. This can take a while for each new resident to get through the entire onboarding process.

Pros
The ease of use. Adding units and tenants is a smooth process. Also that there are free features for the tenants to pay as well as a feature to manually enter payments.
Cons
Some parts were a little confusing at first, but once I figured out where everything was located, it became a smooth process. This is the first managing my own property, so it was more in my end of trying to get familiar with different platforms.

Pros
Innago has everything I need for my relatively simple setup. I have 1 property to manage and I found the features to be great for my purposes. The background check process was really easy on me and my tenants, and the whole thing is really easy to manage. It has good tracking for expenses, and things are generally intuitive.
Cons
The UX is a little bit dated, but everything is there that you need. The relationship between propert>units>tenants>leases is a little confusing the first time, but once you understand it it's not bad. I do wish the lease editor was a little easier to use, adding merge fields is pretty tedious and it was hard to get the formatting correct.

Pros
I like that it gives me a professional look the most while being free for me to use. It is a great way to participate in the modern age w/o it being expensive for those of us who are using it for a unit or two. My only alternative would be traditional pen and paper which I like to avoid as someone younger myself!
Cons
It can be a bit overwhelming to start, but I think that argument could be made for any program when you are encountering a new UI.

Cons
That I can't switch a tenant to an owner or if I put an email already under someone and labeled them wrong I cant switch them to the right job label without using an entirely new email.

Cons
No way to do a sample or test account or lease to see how it all looks from a tenant perspective. For my first time this was important.

I like the ability to collect rent, have maintenance requests, list rentals on different sites, mobile app. It's also easy to get up and running.
Cons
I wish you could send out addendums with the lease instead of after the lease is already signed. I also wish the security deposit could be sent by the incoming tenants before the landlord needs to sign.

It makes many aspects of property management easier. We manage tenants, leases, background checks, and payment history in Innago. When we started with Innago, the messaging feature was inefficient so we didn't use, but they have since introduced a better messaging feature. We still don't handle messaging through Innago but will be doing so as units turn over and we bring in new tenants.
Cons
Overall, it's pretty user-friendly, but there can be a slight learning curve when getting set up and creating a new lease for the first time. The more you use Innago, the more it you get past that learning curve.

Pros
I needed a program that would help me organize communication between myself and tenants. This program exceeded my expectations. I was able to set up my homes, set up my lease with digital signatures, receive ACH payments, and communicate effectively with my tenants. Plus, INNAGO is FREE!
Cons
I wasn't able to add my husband as landlord to sign the lease, but I was able to print it out, have him sign it, and resend to my tenants.

Free property management software with a ton of features!

Pros
The best free property management software that allows you to create and sign leases, screen tenants with background checks, split disbursements of rental payments from multiple properties amount multiple bank accounts as well as integration with tenant search websites such as zillow to provide assistance with filling vacancies. Very easy to use. I manage seven properties shuck include long term rentals as well as my short term renters and traveling nurses and Innago makes my life so much easier.
Cons
I would love to see an update to the mobile app because it takes a bit longer to do things via the app rather than when I’m logged in to the Innago site.
