Wonderful solution to our urgent need for Self Assessment Software.
Pros
The simplicity and the features to set text or email reminders. And the overall flexibility, as they easily make changes for us based on our requests.
Cons
Nothing. All is great. The fix whatever bugs might be there.

Been surprised at how well our staff acclimated to using it

The ease of rollout and how user friendly it is.
Cons
Took some time to figure out how to pull data. We also have users randomly logged out once in awhile

Fabulous FeverIQ

The program has united us as a community with a common goal of keeping our school safe for the children. We are much more aware of COVID-19 and how it can impact our school community. There is now a sense of unity and collaboration between the school and parents. Because of FeverIQ, we are able to continue keeping our school safe and open for our children. I would highly recommend this program to any schools that are considering reopening during this pandemic. It brings security to the community.
Pros
Integrating FeverIQ into our school system was easy and simple. They make it so adaptable and work closely with us when we first started this program. Regardless of the time of the day, they were always responsive to us, and even my parents. I was so impressed with their response time.
As for the product and how it impacts us, my staff and parents love it. It is simple and easy to use. It helps them be more aware of their activities and how they can continue to keep our school safe by following school safety protocols. The questions that are being asked are current and in compliance with the current County Public Health directives. The ability to set the program to ping parents on their cell phone each day to remind them to complete it daily before coming to school help parents to be aware of the choices that they make each day. Also, after you enter all the questions, it will advise you as to what is the best precautions to take, as well as it notifying the Administration. This is an awesome feature for us as a school to have. Furthermore, it gives us overall summaries and stats for us to use to see how many of our staff and parents are doing it daily. We can track who is in compliance with our safety protocols. We love this program!

There are no cons about this product because each time that we have a suggestion, the FeverIQ team will work with us to implement it. The quality assurance and design team are amazing in responding. They go beyond our expectations.
