Pros

Easy to customize and adopt, Hosted on Cloud, data encryption, easy of file sharing and management, redaction features, complete data protection and confidentiality, access restrictions to select folders, data edits & tracing, speed, reasonable pricing, prompt and efficient customer support etc.

Cons

Nothing in particular. Full value for money given the extensive benefits as explained above. Product upgrades are regular and aimed at increasing the ease of use.

inexpensive but late applying changes in permission

The cheapest way of using the VDR solution ever.

Cons

although using fast internet infra in this country, many times failing to update the permission changes.

Great tool for M&A documentation

Pros

The software is 100% Cloud Hosted, which didn't require much implementation cost/time. It is compliant with latest Cyber Security requirements. It allows for a very granular access approach, which also adds to the data security.

Cons

Although it is a SaaS software hosted in Azure, it would be great to have an API to connect it to on-prem backup software, such as Veeam.

Pros

I looking into the software as an option at my company for file sharing. Capterra helped me learn about solutions I had yet to discover and even consider broadening the scope of our digitization initiative. Customer service was excellent.
