We were able to deploy the solution to our staff in our Toronto office, and they could use the software with little or no documentation needed. Eden continually adds features, asks for feedback on improving its software, and is quick to release these new additions. > > **Cons**: Options for Administrators are a little limited right now, but they continue to add features that empower admins.
