It's convenient for me to be able to monitor my expected hours in real time and see if I'm meeting my goals. We were able to complete all of the planning and sourcing for our projects in around half the time.

The new features the business will provide to improve my quality of life are something I'm looking forward to. I have nothing negative or unfavourable to say.

Bizinta was the perfect combination of Time Keeping, Invoicing and CRM for us. We needed more customization than we got with HubSpot and absolutely did not need Salesforce. Their interface is logical and our Employees have adapted to it quickly with minimal training.

Bizinta is a newer player in the space. As such, we had to do some customized development with them. That said, they were always fair with pricing (when applicable) and their turnaround times were very reasonable.

With my limited knowledge, entering timesheet and expenses is easy. Report downloading is simple.

I can even change my old cell phone number as the two steps verification process only allow text or email to existing phone with no option to another / current cell number. How does one login to change profile if the application does even get pass the login stage?

Features to changing / editing details is not easily found.

I love the reporting. I have been searching for a unicorn software system that will do all my time, billing and workflow in one software. All are good at time keeping, most are good at billing, few do workflow and almost all do a terrible job of reporting. Bizinta still has to implement workflow, but it excels at reporting. I can generate gross margin reports by team, client, staff. Run utilization reports, sales reports, realization reports. If you like KPI's it is a great system for you.

I do wish there was a robust workflow system so I can know each task by client is performed each month, and how long it takes to complete each task.

I personally think that Bizinta is pretty easy to use and understand. I think it can just be modernized a bit

As a new user, I had wished there was some sort of manual. I understand with all the constant updates and enhancements having a manual would be pointless since you would be updating the manual on a constant basis.

We've been using Bizinta for 5+ years in our professional service business. They are amazing - tech support answers quickly and is super helpful when we have questions - usually resolving questions in 24 hours. The reporting is phenominal. Ease of use is fantastic. Having to switch to an inferior product due to a merger and very sad to be leaving the team at Bizinta.

I don't have any cons. Highly recommend.

What I liked most about Bizinta is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive feature set. It tracks employee utilization, client types, engagements, and billing with ease, allowing us to manage multiple aspects of our business efficiently. Additionally, the Bizinta team is very responsive, forward-thinking, and always looking for ways to improve the platform, making it feel like the heartbeat of our organization.

What I liked least about Bizinta is that updates to certain features sometimes take longer than expected to implement. While the team is responsive and open to feedback, the time taken for some enhancements can be a bit slow.

I enjoy using Bizinta and have been doing so for years. It is simple and the reports all tie out. That is a dream for an accountant!

There really isn't anything. It is very easy to navigate.

Bizinta is easy to use and intuitive to how I run my business. The system allows us to integrate our timesheets, expenses and client invoicing in one system. This has saved a lot of time for consultants and approvers. The reports and analytics are fantastic. I can see profitability by client, consultant, service line, etc.

I'm looking forward to new features that the company will add to make my life easier.

Bizinta has improved over the years as they continue to add new features. The product has made time gathering, project oversight, organizational reporting and invoicing a much easier, efficient process. It has saved our organization time (and money) with it's ease of use and robust reporting features.

Bizinta is still a growing product so it's not as robust as some other solutions; but the trade off is that they are very responsive to customer questions and accept feedback as they built out their roadmap.

Prior to using Bizinta, our scheduling, timekeeping and invoicing functions were maintained on separate systems. Since we subscribed to Bizinta, we've been able to streamline and integrate those processes resulting in significant time savings. We're able to get real-time reporting from the Bizinta modules that provides the essential data our management team needs for decision making.

The product continues to evolve. For our purposes, it doesn't seem that there are any major missing features.

I like being able to track my projected hours in real-time and know if I am hitting my metrics.

It's a bit difficult to move through the functionality of the software if you're not too familiar with it already. For example, I'm sure that there are many other functions that I just might not be aware of.

Ease of entry. Always saves data even if not logged in for a long period of time.

Very straightforward and easy for the end user. Bizinta continues to provide timely updates with great functionality improvements. Any issues are resolved timely.

Automatically logs out after short period of inactivity. We enter time in 15 min increments so I want to have the app open my entire workday

I wish I can see graphs of how many hours each employee worked and how many hours of PTO each employee took. Just to get an idea of how I perform compare to the entire company

It’s very easy to use. The software is easy to login and very user friendly.

I honestly have no complaints in my end. Like I said, it’s so easy to use. This is my first time using an online timesheet and it’s awesome.

More improvements in reporting needed for analytics

Easy to use time and expense tracking with automated electronic review and approval by people responsible.

Can't think of any features that do not work adequately for my use case.
