The software has improved constantly over the months. For this reason, and also because of the pricing, I continue to be a user of this software.

Improvements have been made more and more, which I think is good. A few weeks ago there was a small glitch with the ID's, they had simply changed for no reason. So a new one had to be generated at the customer site. Now everything is back in order.

A major advantage is that the software can be started without need for installation.

-The connections hangs often when switching the user on the target system.
-The clients can only grouped on the web surface, not within the application.
-It isn't possible to administrate the application if it is insalled as a service from an admin user when a user without admin rights is loged on.

Its much cheaper, and in Version 4 very stable.

The Install-Packages on the website are often not up to date

Ease of deployment: same procedure for both the helper and the unattended PC

Grouping of PCs needs some refinement, e.g. selecting in which group to put a PC

Easy to install and manage. Easy to handle the remote connections, Fast in working on remote server.

Licensing seems a bit complicate as it should be.

You can install it in background for unattended accesses and protect it by a custom password. It's absolutely easy-to-use, the connection is stable and has a good quality. There are also basic file transfer and chat functions, so it can be considered a pretty complete tool for remote desktop

This software works fine and fit perfectly my needs but need to improve some features for example reports

I've been using Iperius Remote for a while now and I gotta say, it's a pretty solid choice for remote access and support. It's got a ton of features that make it super handy for remote desktop, file transfer, and even remote printing and rebooting. The interface is easy to use and it's pretty reliable, which is a plus.

The only downside is the price, but if you're in need of a good remote access tool, I think it's worth it.

Robust, cheap but cost effective. It has the right features for my organization.

On some older hardware configuration performaces are not at the top level

bad Video quality no auto scaling, pur quality if you do remote sessions to an client with FullHD and look on a screen with 4k

Simplicity, cost and value for money. Good customer support and quick help when needed.

So far so good. I find Iperius Remote the easiest and most cost-effective package having explored many of the others out there.

Marketing...scam, they make you pay money to fully demo, and then not return it if you don't like the software...

Not refunding our money for a 2hr demo. They just say read the fine print.

New company with fresh start. Software is not subscription based which is must.
Multiplatform for macs and PC as well.

It is still in development. Some missing features like multiscreen support (mac) are keeping us back to fully start using.
System runs only when there is user logged in.

With Iperius Remote, handling remote collaboration and access is easy.
It is secure and the UI is amazing. It makes handling issues remotely easy.

So far no regrets as Iperius Remote delivers.

We come from Anydesk und the use of iperius is very similar
so we are familiar with the product Iperius remote from the first use

Light program, no need to install, highly customization

I have had many bugs that support doesn't help me to solve.

Due to high cost, our actual Software Solution is so much expensive for US. Iperius could be replace our actual solution in our park.

We didn't like anything about the Iperius Remote solution compared to the current solution we use and which is the market leader.
