Pros

That's easy! Shippit makes sending packages a breeze. We can do everything online, compare shipping methods, and even track packages on one site. Very useful

Cons

It was a bit difficult getting used to. We formerly used UPS.com, FedEx.com, etc and this took some getting used to. But we did fine

Couldn't be more happy with Shippit - they have done wonders for our small business.

Pros

Having multiple courier options and discounted rates through Shippit has lowered our shipping rates, decreasing our abandoned checkouts incredibly! As a small business, we can't afford free shipping, but Shippit makes our shipping rates reasonable for our customers in Australia. The support is always there and they really get things moving when there's any issues with the services (which is rare). The features are really nice to use, and the interface makes it easy to process and fulfil multiple orders at once.

Cons

I would only wish for more international shipping options such as FedEx and USPS to be included so that we could take our products internationally with ease.

By far the most careless company in terms of customer service I have dealt with. They're not willing to solve any problem when it comes to parcels being lost. If you're a small business and care about your reputation, time, and money stay away from Shippit.

Pros

They don't solve any problem. They'll create more problems for your business.

Cons

No customer service to call. When you emailed them they never do anything to solve the issue. They just reply with the pre-written script.Packages have long delays in pick up and delivery. Customer service only replies with the pre-written script and never solve any issues.

Shippit has been a reliable and amazing platform for us to use for our business. It is extremely user friendly and their customer support is great. Our customers love the regular updates from the couriers. I would highly recommend them.

Shippit often gets confused as a courier company, but Shippit is in fact the platform in which merchants use to ship their orders out to their customers. It has been a game changer for our DC staff for pick and pack and saves us a lot of time.

Pros

Easy to use and very reliable. We can easy identify parcels that are yet to be shipped and our customers love the accurate and frequent updates

Cons

Sometimes the pricing is not 100% correct

Pros

It pulls together so many different shippers to help us find the best option for every single case, while still staying automated enough to be low labour intensive.

Cons

The support is sometimes delayed. Having a chat function or clear direct access to support staff would help a lot!

Beware Additional Charges After Delivery

It was good but regular extra charges and a failure to deal with issues quickly are starting to sour the relationship.
We will be using Aus Post more often from now on.

Pros

It is easy to use and the shipping prices were competitive

Cons

The fact that the quote provided can be incorrect with additional charges levied against your credit card a month or more later.
Also failure to respond to emails quickly causes problems such as when we deliver a pallet to the TNT depot we message Shippit to cancel the TNT pick up only to find they fail to inform TNT who send a big truck only to find we have already delivered the pallet to the TNT depot. This happens more often than not.

If you want a service that constantly shrugs off any issues you are having, then use shippit. The...

If you want a service that constantly shrugs off any issues you are having, then use shippit. The freight carriers routinely lose and break parcels, and because we can't deal with them direclty and have to go through shippit, it means we can't fix any problems. Shippit just give us script responses and never actually help INCLUDING not refunding when an order has failed to be delivered.

Pros

Nothing is good about this software. Plenty of alternatives around to use

Stay clear at all cost

No Pros, only cons with Shippit, and by Cons we mean they con you into thinking they will deliver on the job

Cons

Totally useless app. Shippit is a total fraud and will take your money without delivering your parcels. Further to this, they will charge you a so-called subscription fee for this service. We currently have 15 disputes with our bank and reports with the local Police over parcel thefts from using Shippit. If I had my time again I would have never given this company a go. Australia Post is 100% more reliable.

We have since improved and have transit protection for certain cases. You can also use Australia Post through our platform. The best way to maximise Shippit's use is to set your account up properly and refer to the reporting dashboard to select the best performing couriers for your business. We do believe Shippit can simplify your shipping and would love to show you if you would give us another go.

It's simple to set up and use. It links to the black end of our website seamlessly so saves us time manually entering in addresses etc.

Cons

The odd glitch but great customer service so is usually resolved quickly.

I didn't like anything about the software!

Cons

From the beginning, we had problems with, orders disappearing from the new orders screen to the booking screen. If I cancel an order from the booking screen, it turns out that it changes the shipping carrier and I am told I need to check each one. In the tracking screen it does not show all the deliveries that are delayed, you have to search for them 1 by 1, so there is no knowing ahead of time. You have to wait for the customer to notify you. And when you put in a ticket for information etc replies are all over the place and you hve no idea which ticket they are referring to, as the original subject disappears.... This is just a few of the things I like least about the software

Time. It used to take us more than double the time to complete orders, now it's more streamlines and efficient.

Pros

It make things very simple, easy to organise mass numbers of orders and automatically selects the relevant shipping option the customer selected.

Cons

Sometimes when you update a postcode, it puts all the others you've selected into the faded tick state, then when you confirm the orders, those are not added, but stay in the ones still to be checked, when you've already checked them. If you have others in there, they all get mixed up again.
