Great tool for investor relations

Pros

We use Affinity to manage our investor relations. What I like most:
- It is really intuitive and easy to get started
- GDPR, data security...big topics for us in Germany especially in this context
- Great pipeline analytics to keep a realistic assessment

Cons

- No integration with Pipedrive where we historically also have quite some conversations stored.

Pros

The ease of functionality with Affinity is really what sets it apart from it's competitors - helping both relationship-building and the customer acquisition journeys be as effective as possible!

Cons

Genuinely - nothing. I think the team have considered functionality really well and it works well for my needs.

Productive CRM for PC & mobile

Facilitates collaboration across several team functions and helps manage customer relations in a better way!
Increased responsiveness of the platform can make the experience much user friendlier!

Pros

Easy-to-use CRM that tracks conversations, attachments, and sends reminders.
The Gmail chrome extension is incredibly useful.
The mobile app is quite powerful compared to other CRM apps.

Cons

The platform is quite slow (like most CRMs) and tiresome to use this on a day to day basis
Limited analytics/reports offered
Email customization & analytics can be a great value add
