Pros
Gym-catch is helping me find new revenue streams clients are booking in advance and I am now able to sell my online videos through the app which has given me a bigger market
Cons
Clients don,t get Text reminders of sessions or if they are on a wait list I think this would be a good feature to add on

Gymcatch has helped my buissiness a lot! My pilates studio is basically a "one woman show" but with gymcatch I feel like I have an assistant.
Pros
It is simple, for both clients and admin, but also offerrs a lot of possibilities and variations in designing it for everything my buissines needs.
Cons
Sometimes it is slow as if there is a bug but there is none. That can be a bit confusing, still everything works. And it woul be better if messages could be larger an possibility of pasting a link would be great.

Pros
It was cheap. The support initially was useful. It allowed class swaps which at the time my existing software didn’t.
Cons
I swapped to different software after a few years as I got complaints on a weekly basis about gymcatch. I spent time with the team at gymcatch going through my account to see if there was a way to simplify, or if I’d made a mistake setting things up, but Gymcatch said I had everything set up the way it should be. It caused me constant weekly problems and was a time suck, and I realised I was losing new trade; new customers gave up trying to book with Gymcatch. In general, my customers disliked Gymcatch and moving software has been a great decision for the business. Within 3 months of leaving Gymcatch and moving to TeamUp, all the spaces in my classes are now filled, so taking the risk of a more expensive software has paid for itself several times over already. Unless you have a very small and simple business, I would suggest steering clear of Gymcatch. I think trying to save money with cheap software cost me money in the long term.

Having reviewed what correspondence was raised (especially given timings), it looks as if the use of the Private Access facility (gating who can see sessions to book), was likely the issue and one that either through configuration or communication to you we could / should have resolved. I will further review the tickets with the team to ensure learnings are taken.

Easy to use and set up, great tech support. All my class-goers and clients found it straightforward and easy to use too. Takes the stress out of bookings, great with all the different bolt-on features too.

Pros
Saves me a massive amount of work, no more hanging around after class waiting for payments, no more tracking sessions and I get paid if people decide to not show up or cancel last minute. It also makes me look much more professional, no tooing and frooing with messages either.
Cons
I am really just learning with technology and sometimes struggled with some aspects but that was more down to me than the app.

I have found Gymcatch really useful for manage my yoga class bookings, relatively easy to use and if there is anything I have been unsure of the customer service team are exceptional (this is one of the best things about using gymcatch!) The price is excellent value. I highly recommend.
Cons
I have gymcatch embedded into my website but that doesn't always work great for booking on mobiles but I just send people booking on their phone straight to the gymcatch webpage (via a link on my website) and that seems to work fine.

I dont think clients can just add their own details in, unless you have Par-Qs intergrated.
I would like their phone number to be listed in their contact details, not just their email address. I feel this actually lets it down quite a lot.

The customer service given by the Team especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is phenomenal, for such a great value product they really do go above and beyond to support you. Nothing is too complex for them to resolve. Highly skilled, intelligent, friendly individuals. Zero complaints!
Cons
Only thing that could be a useful tweak in the future is the potential for adding different calendars for different areas of the business rather than having appointments. It would also be super helpful to be able to have an online ParQ and the o[ption to tag different waivers to the different options available to clients.

Flipping brilliant so far. So helpful. Patient. Kind. Customer focussed. Clear. The fact they are UK based and we're in the same timezone really has helped too. I used a different soft ware for the last year and it's been awful.
Pros
I'm so excited I've found something that is so easy to use. I'm not techy and have been able to work out in one day how to upload classes, pictures, get customers onto the system and start making money - even in my trial period. I love the info I can see about my customers bookings and the scheduling of classes. And it links easily with zoom too! I know how to cancel things and edit a customer package... and it's fairly intuitive. Just dig around and look. You soon find the thing you need.
Cons
Working out whether I need a class pass, a bundle or a membership is still a bit foggy for me. There are videos explaining which does what - but thinking it through in terms of what MY actual business needed was harder. Luckily the help / chat team were patient when I asked lots of questions. It's linking your strategic structure to the pass / bundle / membership that feels a bit complicated. So I started simple with a 5 class bundle then I'm going to expand from there. There are videos - but it's not as good as chatting to someone about what you want your business to achieve and which is the best model. A half hour help chat / webinar on this would be useful sometime!

They are constantly evolving and adapting to the point I can’t really fault them at this stage. We all want the stars, but in general they keep it coming. Last update and features has elevated my Members’ experience.

Very good customer service and how they are always looking to improve, add and stay up to date with their system to make it better for customers. Easy for clients to use and has the features I need.
Pros
The integration of Zoom so clients can book everything in one place. Memberships and passes to offer. Easy for clients to use.
Cons
You have to sometimes go forwards and back to find what you are looking for.
On demand I do not use and have to use a different way to get on demand videos to clients as this doesn't work for me on GymCatch as too complicated and not easy for clients to access. Sending YouTube links has been easier for me.
It would be good if there was a portal or easy access area for clients who are on a specific membership or want to purchase on demand, to access recorded content.

Gymcatch is an easy system to implement and use. Great for small gyms, studios and PTs. Customers soon got used to using the system and app. Gymcatch is excellent value for money with a great support team. Instant answers and advice via the online chat system.

In terms of managing our class bookings and payment Gymcatch is absolutely brilliant. Only moved away because we wanted more functionality, especially marketing and campaigns management within the same tool.

Cons
Calendar integration not great sends double one that’s cancelled so you calendar is a mess.
No name on booking in the calendar .
No reminder text sent to clients .
Not designed for 1-1 bookings PT.
Want to reach out for help in the evenings and weekends but gym Catch closes.
Vids on YouTube are fast and bit quick to follow.
Bit expensive as most people need all the add on’s to compete with other booking systems.
Would like more templates on offer.

We've certainly focused on group classes historically and we agree there's some enhancements to make for intelligent variable appointment scheduling and these will be going into development soon. In terms of outside of office support, we do generally reply outside of office hours (and have weekend times for replies) but these are not live rather clear downs. Pros
It's easy to use and create templates for class & appointments. It really is a inexpensive booking system that integrates well. The app is good too and my clients find it easy to to use as well.
Cons
The app is missing 1 feature that irritates me and that is the ability to add clients from my followers and deduct from their passes and the opposite. Cancel clients off and remind their passes. It can be diwn on the desk top version which means I have to get out my laptop or even go through their website on my phone.. but it's a minor inconvenience.

I really like using Gymcatch for my virtual yoga business. It's easy to use and has all the features I need to manage class scheduling, student packages, payment processing, attendance and more. One of the best features of Gymcatch is the customer service. The response is always fast and thorough. I am very happy with the software and the service.
Cons
Some of the navigation is a little clunky, but that's about the only thing I would like to see improved.

Pros
It has all the features I need to run my business - group classes in different venues and online and 1:1 appointments - all from one app. I like the customer service, I like that it is British and I love that compared to other similar products it has a great price with optional bolt ons.
I love that I have everything at my fingertips on my mobile, class registers, client management, the schedule. It is a really nifty and helpful tool for any fitness business small or large.
Cons
The only slight issue I have is with older clients not getting on with the app - but then these people wouldn't get on with any app.
Would prefer that more options were included in the basic price but it is still good value.

Pros
Price is unbeatable for the value! Payment setup is super easy. Website integration is good. Discounts and discount control. Auto refunds. Honestly, everything is great!
Cons
Running custom reports, Attendance tracking, customizing the packages to include custom color graphics, cant track using 3rd party analytics, can't control who is not allowed to purchase passes, cant create a free class for new members...
