Leaver tracking made so much easier and clear accountability on work attendance

The Hiring Module can be improved on. That's all

-Attendance is very fast and easy to track
-Employee profile is quite detailed with the information required
-Easy the manage the HR matters such as recognition, voice, appreciation & announcements
-Considering the nature of our organisation, allows to post vacancies with proper clartiy.

-Performance management is not aligned to the meet and expectation of business
-Payroll is not integrated within PeopleHum, we use separate payroll system to facilitate for the payroll in line to attendance record

The Hire Module is built for process but limited in user experience (it has improved significantly though)
Analytics & Insights are still a long way to go.

Feature-rich platform with an easy on the eye "look & feel".
Employees learning curve and ease of adoption is guaranteed.
It cures the headache of having multiple systems for Human Capital Management with a centralised system thereby saving effort and money to concentrate on core duties.
It is very configurable so there is ample room to setup exactly how a company policy dictates
Above all the support from the peopleHum team is super

As good as peopleHum is, a few additional reports would be good.

You can do so much with the system! All your People Ops processes in one place

The steep learning curve, you could easily end up missing on how much you can do with it because of how much time it takes to learn everything the platform/ system has to offer. It would help to make the system more user-friendly/easily adaptable. I feel I always need help to figure out very basic process that should be intuitive and not need support.

I love everything about peoplehum but i love the perform Module alot because it is detailed and allows us to measure what matters.

There are a few features that can be added to the existing modules that addresses some use cases. I have given some feedback to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] my support person.

The pulse survey doesn't seem to be working except I am missing something.

It does the job for a start-up that is growing. In the beginning, there was a willingness to help new users and look into issues and solve them quickly.

- Lack of response from the customer support team
- Not able to detect issues within the platform easily
- Few processes are not well thought out, and not as progressive as they should be
- Onboarding was not smooth

The UI - its very intuitive and done neatly. Fairly simple for daily tasks such as Clockin-Clockout, Timesheets and Project Management. Other than the product, the customer service is always available.

Certain missing views that could have been very helpful in terms of projects, approvals, etc

It has ease of use and really helpful for recruiter

But still missing some useful features which can be very useful

As a growing startup, we need to track our employees, especially the crucial process from hiring to onboarding. PeopleHum provides the tools that we need to effectively monitor the process at every stages. Simple to implement and satisfy our need.

As the early implementer we have some minor challenges, but as we go along the features are properly improved to satisfy our needs.

peopleHum is a user-friendly HRIS with a great ESS experience. Our employees love the convenience of applying for leave at the push of a button! Hiring managers are delighted to have a one-stop-shop for all recruitment activities! We can now translate our talent management strategies into action through people Hum's Hire, Engage and Perform modules!
The people Hum team is responsive and friendly. They have journeyed with us thru the implementation to months after. Whenever we have an issue, they sort it out quickly and effectively! They are open to feedback and suggested improvements

None so far. It has been a great experience!

The most important is that it has, in terms of HCM - human capital management, it has everything or the main core things that people look at, like attendance, vacation management, performance, employee engagement, survey. So in other words, all the other add-ons we were looking at, they were all in one place.

To be fair, I will put the grade on how it is now, not how we see it because, everyday things are improving and lots of features are adding, and I'm looking for more and more new features to try them. We know the pipelines, so it will be unfair to grade the future with what we see. So now we are around seven over ten.

Easy to use software and quite self explanatory

Payroll is missing but it can be integrated

The software makes my life easier in terms of managing the data of my team. the customer support is fast and reliable.

There are a few glitches on the software, but they get resolved quickly once a ticket is raised.

It's very easy to use and also has many features to explore & store data.

Nothing as such, my experience has been good so far.
