Adlib is easy to use and configure and the support folks are great at helping solve any issues that might pop up along the way.
Cons
The SharePoint connector could be more robust and intuitive for the users to interact with.

Workflow customization: you can create scripts to make your own business workflow.
Cons
Consistency: in our production environment, sometimes, the engine process just stopped and couldn't restart gracefully unless server restarted.
