Absolutely everything. My payroll is off, my inventory is weird, it's redundant. Also, if you have an issue like I have today, with it prompting me to post payroll a week before I need to, it will not let me over ride so I can do what I need to today. I am stuck on Monday purgatory. Yes I called IT, that's how I know there is no way to over ride. This system is absolutely horrible, save yourself the money. But a monkey with an abacus.

My overall experience has been wonderful, and I'm so glad a friend of mine showed me Altametrics! It makes my day-to-day easier as well as my employee's days. We love being able to keep track of everything and making sure we are organized.
Pros
I love being able to do everything from scheduling to inventory on any device. I love that I can also check in on everything while I am away from my business. It makes it easier to schedule shifts without constant communication. The app also promotes collaboration among crew members with punch visibility.
Cons
I have had a few loading issues here and there, but nothing major to worry about. It's always fixed promptly!

With in-app tutorials, contact, FAQ, this invaluable business resource just eliminated a whole tree from my boss's mom and pop restaurant! I'm not manager material yet, but I could navigate this whole tool untutored. There's an additional pade for branded apps from the creator. I'm off to get the 'Never forget your schedule app'.

Pros
Ease of use. Easy to teach. Sales projections and fairly accurate.
Everything is rolled into the same site.
Cons
The only thing I don’t like is that we hide hourly wage.
I don’t feel that anyone with access should be able to access wages. This causes so many problems in our organization.
It should be limited to General Managers & Supervisors.
