WorkforceHub is easy to use and very economical for our practice.
Pros
I love the time clock feature. Employees are able keep track of their time and total hours worked during a pay period.
Cons
I wish the employees could have a photo of themselves on their profile.

Great software and easy to use

Implementing the software was easy, mostly because the customer service was so good they did nearly everything for us.
Pros
The HR features are great. The best part is the customer support, it's reassuring to have a CPA firm available for questions and assurances that everything is set up correctly. The integration between the HR side and the payroll side works well.
Cons
No real cons. We like pretty much everything.

Not Made for Seasonal Companies

Pros
I loved what the product was supposed to be. In reality, it is nothing like what was promised.
Cons
Terrible product. The salesman assured us this product would work well for a seasonal company that rehires the same employees each year. After several months of struggling and speaking to many different people about our issues, we were told that this system is not capable of rehiring people without a "Simple 23 step process". Nothing is user friendly, support is a joke. They are either completely unsure what we are talking about or they are rude. Nobody is helpful. Super disappointed.
