I found this software very easy to use and made onboarding so easy as I was able to add employees easily.

Cons

WorkforceHub does not have a good customer service helpline, they take too long to respond.

Pros

Love the ease of setting up users, deactivating users, submitting requests for Maintenance and IT, and the ability to track the progress in real time.

Cons

As of now our staff sees me in passing and they tell me when something is wrong so I have to create work order and take it out. I believe I click my mouse 22 times to complete a work order.

Overall I really like the system and it is fairly easy to move about. I think it could be less steps when entering employee information than it is but for the most part we do like the system.

Pros

Option for employees to see their time card and request PTO time

Cons

Unpaid PTO time is the default so we have a lot of employees making errors. Another dislike is while in the system working it keeps asking if I want to keep this session. It is like the system doesn't recognize movement within the software. If you don't select to keep it active you have to log in again. That is frustrating when working on a timely action.

What I like the most about WorkforceHub is that it’s a solid workforce management tool with great features like time tracking, scheduling, and HR management.

Cons

One of the things I like least about WorkforceHub is it's user interface. It's user interface is sort of outdated and not as intuitive as other options.

Overall it's been perfect and I haven't heard my colleagues complain about it as well. It has so many features. Everything is in real time. When I had to fix my mistakes when putting in my requested time off, it was easy. I love the Money function and knowing my fellow colleagues' shift times is handy too. I used WorkforceHub at a previous job and it seems to be even better now.

Pros

The ease of navigation and the fact it's always worked perfectly when used.

Cons

I have yet to have a problem with it, hence the five stars.

Their support team is super friendly and helpful. The system overall is reliable and straight forward to use.

Pros

It was a straight forward process to migrate out of old HR system.

A very functional system for employees to monitor their own PTO and request time off.

The embedded "time clock" system, which can be regulated by IP number is also effective.

Cons

It sometimes takes employees a while to click their way into the time off request forms, and likewise, it's easy to forget where to go to approve time off request.

Pros

The multi-function capability of the platform is very useful. From HR to onboarding to time-tracking and time off requests and even team member check in

Cons

Some integration issues with Quickbooks but it isn't a huge issue. Usually easily fixed

So far it is ok but things are still confusing for us and still trying to work out the kinks.

Pros

That is it has PTO and time tracking in one system vs using multiple systems

Cons

1) That we are not able to have a free admin accounts for multiple admins. 2) The training would be more applicable if we were able to access the system and trial things during the instruction; it was very confusing trying to set things up on our own after. 3) Steps to download and send to accounting is confusing and we thought it would be easy since our accoutant has accountants world but did not work since we were not able to access and change information (addresses, etc). 4) Wish things were more visually appealing and employee time tracking and time off were in one area instead of seperate places; as well as a different place to make additions to PTO etc.

So that we could have tracking all in one system rather than having two. We also thought that it would be more compatible for our accountants to access, but because they had different information in their system, it kept changing ours and did not work for us. With 3 owners, it was not able to allow us access unless we were viewed as "terminated" in the system otherwise it would charge use for each user and ultimately we had to remove it.

Great for differentials, but not much else

There was a lot promised and very little provided. It's not my favorite software. But, they have the one thing that makes my life easier, and that's differential pay. It also integrates with Gusto, which is helpful.

Pros

The ability to track multiple differentials for different types of shifts. It's the number one reason we went with this software.

Cons

It's difficult to use, the team can't see the schedule, we can't enter PTO for employees (we can enter the hours but it doesn't show on the schedule when we do), we can't show someone as a "sick callout" and the Absent status is nearly impossible to find.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. We had an amazing presentation which led us to a second call and we immediately began implementation shortly after. They asked us all of the right questions to understand our needs and made sure to outline what the next steps were after each of our training calls. They understood our needs from the beginning all the way to execution. As a small start up - simple and transparency are KEY for us!

Pros

I like the ability to get training on demand and having a go-to project manager that you can email at anytime to ask how to do something or to get technical support.

Cons

I have no Cons to report. Everything was very smoothly outlined and we understood what to expect at all moments of transition.

The ease of use, how it syncs with our payroll company, the easy to use reports, and date tracking for accounting purposes. We use it for onboarding new staff, time sheets and scheduling.

My experience was positive, and I enjoyed using WorkforceHub. Everything pertaining to employee management is one place.

Pros

The ease of uploading your employee list right into the system, and edit as much as needed. Also, being able to save all of your policies and rules including time off, PTO and sick pay.

Cons

I can not think of anything I do not like. Every part of WorkforceHub is convenient and user friendly.

As a whole we have had a good experience with the WorkforceHub.

Pros

Ease of use for staff and managers. Correction of mistakes, adding missed punches are easy for managers to fix. The note feature lets staff notify managers what the error is and what it should be.

Cons

Correcting vacation/paid time off once it has been approved. We had thought this was something that could be done directly on the time sheet but you have to go back and deny the original request and have staff request the corrected amount. We found it easier to just adjust the balance and hand write the correction on the timesheet. We do not do the auto upload as we allocate time to various departments.

The ability to use "Timeclock Day View", the view we had access to using SwipeClock.

Cons

Inconsistency in program functions and consistently needing to submit help desk tickets after being in the program for over a year.

Ok. It does its job for the most part. Except when people get locked out or clock out, but it doesn't show up.

Pros

It has an app that can be used from wherever. Editing profiles is pretty easy.

Cons

People's punches don't always get taken, the app goes black for hours sometimes, a lot of people get locked out frequently and I have to send a password reset email. It does not have geo fence capability for clocking in and out within certain distance of the office. The way the notes appear on the timesheet can be confusing because there is not bold separation between days.

As a company we like the product but getting our employees to edit the timesheets at the end of the day or time period because of no connection at job sites has proven difficult and tough to enforce.

User interface makes it easy to use on mobile devices.

Unable to use it when there is no cellular connection.
